The food was delicious and very hot. The dirty rice was not mushy and so good. The staff behaved as if they were tired and rushed as Im sure they were with how busy they were. There was a bit of wait due to how busy they were.

So I placed my order for 3 Cajun Chicken biscuits and when I got to the window after waiting about 5 minutes at the window the server finally came to the window and told me it would be 5 minutes cause they were out. I asked her if there was any way I could switch the steak biscuits or sausage biscuits cause I was in a hurry and she said no. Then when I was thinking she said in a very rude tone "What" and shot me a dirty look. So I pulled around and went into the store and wanted to inform a manager of her bad attitude. When I came inside and asked to speak to a manager the employee said they would get one. The same employee who was rude to me then proceeds to start arguing with me about what she said and wouldn't stop until the same employee that went to look for a manager came back and claimed to be a manager. She was very apathetic and asked me what I wanted to order instead of telling the employee who was staring daggers at me to go away and was generally very apathetic. I was already running a bit late to get to another engagement so I just left cause clearly this location doesn't care about customer service at all. Long story short either save your money and skip a trip or go to another Bojangles. I promise you it will be cleaner and friendlier than here. For the longest time I have been coming here twice a week at a minimum and spending 17 dollars a trip. This gave me the push to finally stop wasting my money at this awful location so at least there is one silver lining.

The bone-in chicken is always crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and the biscuits are hot and made fresh. The restaurant is clean, and the team does a great job making customers feel appreciated. One thing I really like is that they have Bo-Linda, the AI drive-thru assistant, which helps keep the drive-thru moving smoothly while the team focuses on preparing your food. Whether you’re stopping by for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this location consistently delivers great service and delicious food. If you’re craving Bojangles, this is definitely a location worth visiting!
