I even joked that I had talked my wife out of going to McDonald’s because Bojangles would make crispy fries for us. Instead, the employee grabbed regular fries from a basket that had clearly been sitting there and told me, “That’s how they come.” If a customer politely asks for fresh, crispy fries and is willing to wait, how hard is it to drop a fresh batch? Don’t hand me old, limp fries and act like I’m unreasonable for expecting the food I specifically requested. Terrible attitude and terrible customer service.
