I then waited additional time for the Bo-Berry Biscuits, which were finally provided around 10:01 a.m., roughly 25 minutes after placing the order. Due to the delay, I politely asked to speak with a manager regarding some reasonable accommodation for the inconvenience, such as a voucher or courtesy item. Instead, the manager took my bag, drinks, and receipt, threw the drinks away, processed a refund I did not request, and left me without the food I had already waited nearly half an hour to receive. I was then required to pay again for the Bo-Berry Biscuits separately. The manager stated the general manager would not be available until the following day at 7:00 a.m. I attempted to contact the corporate office approximately fifteen times that same day and received no answer. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and a response from management.
