  Absolutely terrible, we went drive-through, ordered our food. They told us to pull into parking lot number three. We waited there for about 15 to 20 minutes before I decided to get off and approach the drive-through window. I asked them how much longer until we receive our food, they said “what did I order” and told me they had forgot about me accidentally, didn’t offer a refund wasted my time and my money.

  AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST..Waited over 20 minutes in the handicap spot for a 4 piece chicken supremes! They didn't tell me until after I paid it was gon to be this long of a wait. NEVER WILL THIS LOCATION GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN

  This bojangles on Cliffdale has horrible time management. It’s like they never have fresh food ready to serve and they always make customers pull their car up to wait as well as, when they bring you your food after waiting.. the food is still not fresh and they are giving you old fries and stale chicken tenders . It needs new management asap smh .

  Every time I take a chance because they are closest to me they mess up my order! Except of course the time I waited 40 minutes and still did not get my food. This place is terrible! 0/10 do not recommend!!
