We all ordered the Supreme combo with fries and biscuits, and everything was incredibly fresh! The biscuits were fluffy, buttery, and delicious, and the chicken was hot, crispy, and clearly made fresh. In fact, the food was so fresh and piping hot that we had to wait about 10 minutes for it to cool down before we could eat! The staff was friendly and welcoming, which can be hard to find these days. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Just had to return my food for being over cooked, had to take a refund because they could t seem to get it right then after dealing with the managers nasty attitude I seen her take the food that I already touched and put it in a bag and give it to the lady in the drive thru, Disgusting behavior and habits, smh
Literally the worst Bojangles I have ever had the displeasure of eating at.
4 biscuits took 35 minutes with no other customers in line.
They are consistently disorganized, understaffed, and have gotten every order wrong every time I have gone here.
If this location is franchised, the company should strip the license.
It's a deep embarrassment to the brand.
Very seriously, only go here if you are starving. The service could not be worse. It's sad too because the building is practically new.
Staff is always amazing at this location! This morning was my first time experiencing dissatisfaction. I ordered the cajun filet and I got regular. Also, the biscuit was hard as a rock. I couldn't finish it.
Update: Tried this location again for lunch today, 6/6/26, only bought a bo sandwich and cajun filet sandwich. We live in Dunn, so of course we start eating on the way home. Down to the last bite, we see a long, silky, string of hair intertwined in the breading if the chicken. Called the store, asked for a manager and she said "ugh, what happened now." After explaining, she tried to say noone there had long hair and she made the sandwiches, but never asked what our order was. We clearly watched a girl with. A long silky weave ponytail making the food, and the girl who took our card payment had synthetic hair as well(braids). They need hairnets on!!!! All of that long hair hanging over food is unsanitary!!!!!

If I could give it negative stars, I would. The person at the window had an attitude. First off, the automated order taker cut me off before I was done ordering. The person had to come on and manually take my order, and kept asking "is that it?" after each item. Then when i got to the window, I had to ask what my total was. I asked for napkins and got "they should be in the bag" I asked for more they both rolled their eyes at me.
The biscuits were subpar. Hard on the bottom and not easy to eat.
