  I ordered at the drive thru. Was told to pull around to the front door. Waited 8 mins and still no food. I had to go inside to inquire about my order. They hadn't even made it. So it took another 5 mins to receive my order. I will never return to this bojangles again. There was one guy that helped (thank you). You had the girl working the drive thru was just taking her time getting the orders together for the window. The girl actually making the sandwiches and biscuits had an attitude (sorry you had to work today). Needless to say the service sucked, the biscuit we ordered was falling apart. The egg was folded and was hanging all out of the biscuit, and the cheese was falling out and melted down the egg. I encourage everyone to find a different bojangles. It wasn't even busy at the time and it took a total of 13 mins to receive a biscuit combo. And probably would've taken longer if I hadn't of went inside to check on it. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!!

  I placed an online order at the Bojangles located at 108 Rowan Street at 6:11 p.m. and received a notification at 6:15 p.m. stating that my order was ready. Naturally, I foolishly believed this meant my food was actually… ready. I went through the drive-thru, where the young lady at the window asked me to pull forward because the order was not ready. I parked behind another vehicle that was also waiting for food. While waiting, I observed two employees entering the building. One young man was wearing a Bojangles shirt decorated with what appeared to be flour, grease, and possibly the struggles of an entire shift. Another employee, identifiable by very large eyelashes and a hairstyle with two puffs, spent time chatting with people in another car before returning inside. After waiting approximately 20 minutes, I went inside to ask how much longer my order would take. Around this same time, the people the female employee had been socializing with placed their order. I was told my food would be “another five minutes.” I agreed to wait. However, I then observed the employee with the large eyelashes preparing food for her friends/family first and apparently not charging them full price. It was disappointing to watch paying customers sit waiting while VIP Bojangles Family & Friends Service was operating in full effect. I also spoke with two other customers who stated they had been waiting nearly an hour for their food. To make matters worse, I observed the same employee handling both money and food without washing her hands in between, which raised serious concerns about food safety and sanitation. By this point, approximately 45 minutes had passed, and I requested a refund for my $31.07 order. No one apologized for the excessive wait, acknowledged the inconvenience, or seemed remotely concerned about the experience customers were having. Even processing the refund took an unusually long time. At that point, I gave up, stopped by the grocery store, and cooked my own dinner — which somehow ended up being faster than “fast food.” Between the poor customer service, unsanitary food handling, favoritism toward friends/family, and lack of management oversight, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had. I did not eat the food and will not be returning to Bojangles.

  Third and last time i will try this place. Incorrect order (twice), out of stock on common items, seating area is not clean and rude staff. Also, get rid of the AI system and go back to actual customer service. This place is hot garbage.

  This place needs to either be shut down or have more employees. I ordered a 20pc family and paid at the kiosk and i patiently waited for an hour. My food wasn’t ready yet and so i asked for a refund. I believe that this fastfood restaurant is in the wrong spot in Fayetteville.

  Last week the bathroom door was hanging and wasn’t fixed for 2 weeks. The soda machine is always broken I asked to get lemonade from the back and was refused. I come here to get what I pay for and I get a choice water or sweet tea. The chubby light skin girl w tattoos at the front is always rude. It seems like everyone in there wants a job but doesn’t want to work. Needs new management and new employees.
