- JJJose Jimenez3 days ago3.0The FOOD was delicious and I appreciated the young lady at the register, her joy and customer service was welcoming. However, the overall experience was not memorable. We arrived around 6:30pm and they were out of a few things, due to time, understandable. We ordered a 12 piece meal, with 3 sides and 6 cornbread. Also ordered a sweet tea and since they ran out of BBQ sauce, ordered one of their bottles. The wait time for our order was long, we finally received our order about 40-45mins later. When asked if our ordered was forgotten, they said they were waiting on a new batch if mac n cheese, but it wasn't communicated. Finally got on the road as we had another 30min drive to the place we were staying. Started unpacking the food, received 2 out of the 3 sides, got 8 out of the 6 corn breads and 9 out of the 12 chicken. Obviously, not happy with the overall experience, but the food was tasty.

So there wasn't really opportunity to go back and correct it. The food is always fresh and hot. I was offered a free drink for the delay in my order though so there's that.

- PGPamela GasqueJul 26, 20261.0I went to this location yesterday evening.The wait was an hour and some people waited over an hour. I asked when I ordered how long was the wait and the cashier said oh you'll get a text. Which didn't answer my question. They should have put up a sign or let people know that the wait time was going to be at least an hour. I only had a kids meal and the food was cold except for the chicken, the cornbread was burnt and cold. The Kool aid taste like syrup super sweet.They must have used a different cheese on the macaroni this time because it didn't taste good at all it tasted like instant box mac and cheese. They were making online orders before they made the orders for the customers that were already there inperson. A lot of the online orders were just sitting on the side getting cold.The cashier's were touching dirty money and food without washing their hands. This new location isn't being ran properly at all.I could say more but I'm done.
