  Hi! I have never had a bad experience at 7brew until today. I was in the car with my dad and brother and I ordered a banana bread iced with oat milk (my usual drink and it’s shown on the app), I am very familiar with this drink because it’s favorite and I’ve had it many times. When I receive the drink at the window it looks extremely pale, I know that’s wrong because the banana bread drink is a part of the classic 7 and it comes with banana+ hazelnut mocha which makes it dark. I’m a very shy person so I politely told the worker that my drink looks different and the worker gave me such a bad attitude… I told her that the classic banana bread doesn’t look like that and she insisted that it did and was extremely confused by my question. She made me feel bad for questioning the drink I just paid for, and kept saying I was wrong when she was totally in the wrong. I hope she doesn’t drive any more loyal customers away like she did me. But if people like her are working there then I don’t want to go. I passed by this location on 08/16 at around 11am, and she was in the booth that gives the drinks to people. Terrible terrible person.

  Always really good drinks, smoothies and shakes. Service is pretty fast to. Even better since they got an app :)

  The employee, Linda? Was very rude, assumed I wanted to tip the rest of my total and when I asked for my change back, she threw her hands up at her friend before I even pulled out of the parking lot. Not trying to be nasty because mistakes happen, but for you to have an attitude after you made a mistake, is crazy.

  Amazing coffee but ALSO amazing customer service. Stopping here before church and so glad we did. The guys working are seriously awesome. We’d come here to just chitchat with them. They made our first experience here the best. 😊

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were visiting from Virginia and decided to stop by 7 Brew for the first time. The manager recommended the Blonde with Oatmilk, and I’m officially hooked—it was so good! The drinks were amazing, but what really stood out was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The service was fast, the staff made us feel right at home, and the overall experience was fantastic. We’ll definitely be stopping by again the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend 7 Brew!
