Got there on Sunday 1:55 PM on 4 October. Nice girl took my order. I didn’t know I had to specify it was ice or hot. They never asked me so I thought asking for a latte will automatically be high but that’s not the big issue normally latte taste really good but today I don’t know because I Made the mistake of not specifying it was hot so they had to redo it and a lot of taste like pure shit. Couldn’t taste it because it was extremely hot. Otherwise I would’ve tasted it there in the spot and let them know but I guess I will have to burn my tongue a little bit in order to see if it’s good or not.

They actively refused to give me my coffee i paid for because it didnt show up on their end that I had paid for it. Even showed her my bank statement and she said because it's pending it didnt go thru so she'll have to charge me again and then I can come back for a refund of the original drink. My bank statement hit and I never got my coffee and they stole $7 from me. Absolutely disgusted with the service.

I ordered a banana bread CHAI tea. When I went to pick it up they told me they were out of chai. It was late so I wasnt mad at first. But when I asked for my money back, they told me "No we cant refund you. Can you pick something else?" No, I cannot. I ordered ahead and picked what I wanted. So if they didnt have it why did I have to pay for something else that I didnt want???? Will not return unless Error is fixed. I enjoy 7 Brew a lot. But this is unacceptable. If I knew the employee names I would put them here. Because this is ridiculous. I dont complain usually but this really urked me.

The coffee is disgusting, the service is lacking (they couldn’t figure out a gift card or how to print a physical receipt when asked for a receipt), and it take three business years to receive the order. Plus the music is atrociously loud to where you basically have to yell the order or any questions to be heard. Like my dudes I get you’re trying to be hip, but train the staff better and learn how to actually make coffee if you’re going to sell primarily coffee.

didn’t get her name but the lady with the hat, septum, and green pants at the walk up window was such a sweetheart :,) totally didn’t think we’d get a little needoh thingy since it was already 4pm but she was so nice and got us the last ones and had a great attitude despite probably being stressed outta her mind and having to deal with hordes of people all morning - THANK YOUUU!! <3 :)
