  Gabriella was the rudest person at my stop today just because I called her out about my order being wrong and rolling her eyes. And when she handed me correct order I said Thank you and she did not respond, so II said Thank you again and sarcastic response. If you don’t want to do you job then don’t work there! And then get on road and no bbq sauce for a 20 piece nuggets! Come people do better!!

  My wife and I have both got stomach Craps and serious diarrhea.. Thank, s A Lot .. well still 9 days Later . Still no appetite, s. And still nauseous... But about to woop. It ..! Use Extreme Caution !

  I placed a mobile order and waited in the parking spot for 15 minutes. When I went inside, my food was just sitting on the counter. No other customers were present, and two employees were cleaning. One worker didn’t acknowledge me or even pause to say she’d be with me in a moment; she simply finished cleaning before coming over and giving me my food. I then asked another worker how long my food had been sitting there and whether it was cold. She responded with a snarky attitude. When I noticed there were no napkins in my bag and asked for some, she handed them to me with a grimace. When I asked if she was going to apologize for my food sitting there getting cold, she began yelling at me — repeatedly saying “excuse me” and blaming being short staffed, as if it was somehow my fault. Being short staffed does not excuse yelling at a customer. A third employee tried to de-escalate, and I appreciated that in the end. But that should never have happened in the first place. This level of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I’d like a response from management regarding how this will be addressed.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Mcdonalds is not good anymore. Food lacks a lot and service is terrible at some locations.
