  This store is better than any in Asheville, if you have their app, and a food lion discount card you can see their specials, coupons, and find everything you’re planning to buy (and see if it is in stock) and where it’s located in the store so in/out is very easy. I drive 12 miles to shop here, very intentionally. I bought things that are cheaper there than store like Ingles and Harris Teeter. I spent $100 and saved $11. It’s a pleasant store. My only complaint is there is very little healthy food and organic. I shop other stores for those things. I think their meat is better than most stores. Today I bought 2 value packs of Denver steak for $5.89/pound. So, weekly sales, and app make for a pleasant experience. The coupons you select in your app and the discount is applied automatically with your card. Put those items up front and watch it happen. Their produce is hit or miss in my opinion, some organic, but very little. But I did get a whole bag of Vidalia onions for $2.99. Bananas for $.53 a pound. Their frozen section is mostly prepared, unhealthy food. No organic vegetables, frozen. I appreciate the store in this economy. I went there expecting to spend $100 and I actually did. And I got more than I expected.
