We are visiting town and needed to stock up on groceries for the week. The staff was immensely helpful, cheerful, and went above and beyond. This store is a rare gem of good customer service these days. And the selection of foods and goods was great too!

Just went to this location and couldn’t believe the experience I had. Waited in line, came to my turn, I had already put everything up on the conveyor and the cashier just walked off from the register (chubby light skinned guy working register #2), didn’t say a word to me just took off. Proceeded to talk to other customers he had already helped about how he misplaced his red water bottle and proceeded to stand by the buggies up front, talking about it, I waited a couple minutes trying to be oatient, thinking he’d either speak to me or at least look for said red water bottle but he literally just stood by the buggies looking at me (we made eye contact and locked eyes even) and he just stood there until I took all my stuff (including 12 packs of sodas) loaded it up and moved it to another register. He then disappeared altogether and the other cashiers proceeded to talk about how he’s always disappearing and walking away from his register. But the new cashier was grilling me about my shirt, asking me why I was wearing it and when I told him “it’s the company I work for” it just seemed to make him more curious and confused. I worked at food lion for 10 years, started my career off their actually, clearly the standards and expectations for staff has dropped quite a bit (is non existent at this location). Looks like you guys created an ingles shopper.

Best, attractive salads made on site for less than 5.00. Quality baked goods less expensive than other grocery stores.
