I don’t even know where to start. No one EVER answers the phone there, aside from saying “Welcome to Arby’s” there is almost zero interaction with customers, the staff is not knowledgeable about pricing or the products, there is no manager on duty and the assistant manager literally knows zero about customer service, or the products, or the ordering system. It’s an ordeal every time I go in, so I’m just going to stop going at all.

Every customer needs to read this review. On 2/23/26 at close to 11:30 am I walked in and ordered a classic number one meal, that’s all I asked for. Nolan is the one who took my order and he’s a manager. He gave me my total and I thought it was a little high but I don’t have a clue what the taxes are like there since I don’t even live in NC. I was just passing through and figured I would check my receipt. He charged me for an upsize on my fries and drink which I never asked for. I questioned him on it, and his response was oh that’s just how it automatically rings up. I’ve been to plenty of Arby’s across the country and this has never happened before. He literally shrugged his shoulders at me and gave me a look as like what’s the big deal. It’s stealing. You are committing theft by not telling people what they are purchasing and truly giving them an option. I told him to look at the board to see the price and he refused. He said he had to give me a smaller order of fries then which was fine with me. It took forever, should have been seconds. I had to ask to get my food back which I was very concerned with what they may have done to it. Got into my car and fries were inedible. Cold, zero salt and nasty. Sandwich was cooled off too. This place needs to be reported to the attorney generals office for fraudulent practices. I eventually talked to the store manager and was told I would get a refund in the way of a coupon for my meal but it’s been about three weeks with nothing. They are completely dishonest here.

Accuracy with food items is important. We missed a $7 sandwhich and drove away. This kinda thing disrupts days.
