  I had to order from the kiosk bc the lady behind the counter said the register didn't have a drawer in it. However, while my wife and I were being aggravated by the technology, she helped another patron at the register. Our order was messed up as well.

  came to taco bell today with a mobile order, i pull up tell them my name and i pulled up waited for about 5 mins to be greeted i am handed a bag with the wrong name on it and no drink. the lady hands it to me and walks away before i realize. she comes back and tells me i can leave to which i tell her i have the wrong order and need the drink. she asked what drink i want i tell her and she gives it to me and says bye. i tell her once again i have the wrong order. lady got frustrated with me and told me to pull around while they make the correct order. this is all fine and good i totally understand working in fast food and how that can be. i then wait for 15 mins and no food was brought to me. i pull around again and tell them my situation they give me my food and i checked to make sure its all there. i get on the road and take a bite of my nacho fries and they are burnt, rock hard, and they taste sweet like a Cinnabon. The cheese container for the fries had almost nothing in it. I got chips and cheese with a luxe box and the “cheese” in the box is honey mustard i believe. i was also told to pick another drink because they were “out of baja blast” and when i pulled back around i saw my baja blast sitting there for me like what?!? Also the cantina chicken came split in half falling apart due to the fact that they crammed it in the bag crazy. It cannot be that hard to treat customers with respect when you get the order wrong. and why not make it better by making the food correct and not throw expired food in the bag?? Overall service was questionable and the food was very bad. All the food had a rotten taste and like i said before these nacho fries are as hard as a rock!

  This goes for all Taco Bells in the area. Please clean the places up, smells like im eating next to a dumpster. They're always a mess. Try to do better.

  Extremely rude customer service. Went through the drive thru had got up to the window and this person had sunglasses on and a mask was not wearing anything that said Taco Bell did not say a word to me when I was handed my food. I was missing a drink and tried to get his attention but was completely ignored. Made the drink and again did not say a word didn’t tell me to hang on a second while I make your drink nothing was just ignored. Handed me the missing drink and did not apologize or anything. I would highly recommend NOT going here.

  I went through the drive through to order food but what should have been a minute or 2 for ordering food became 10 minutes. The cashier on the mic was very high and couldn't even maintain a conversation with me for ordering food because she was busy making jokes and laughing with her coworker. She even dropped her headset from laughing. By the time I got to the window she just stared at me for a moment then interacted. The food in the bag was correct but my food was barely held together
