  Store cnecked in my order when I was not at the location. I attempted to cancel and app told me that I could not as it was already checked in. I called for assistance and was lied to from the first person saying he was a manger when he was just a line person. I was then refused the information for the manager and their franchise. I was told my only resolution if I was unhappy with their checking me in is to file a corporate complaint or go to BBB.

  Was told had no forks. Most time you definitely need a fork if stuff fall out of shells or off pizza. Walmart not far away. Could have gone and picked up some. Just give out if asked.

  Came here at 10pm Crew was having a whole conversation with the window open and the blonde girl had her back to the window the entire time. Absolutely not coming back to this location.

  Ordered a build your own luxe box and tried the new street tacos. My soft taco as pictured was not good at all. It was cold and why did I have to redo my food because all the lettuce was to one side and the beef too. My chips were cooked way too long so they were nasty and they give you so little cheese. As long as taco bell has been opened they haven’t made any real big changes. It would be nice to get the cheese sauce in something other than a small tiny cup and get an option to choose a size portion of chips. This location is a hit or miss and seeing the reviews it seems like a big miss!

  Crumbled up and stale chips..soft taco shell obviously from night before...never again!!
