  Extremely rude customer service. Went through the drive thru had got up to the window and this person had sunglasses on and a mask was not wearing anything that said Taco Bell did not say a word to me when I was handed my food. I was missing a drink and tried to get his attention but was completely ignored. Made the drink and again did not say a word didn’t tell me to hang on a second while I make your drink nothing was just ignored. Handed me the missing drink and did not apologize or anything. I would highly recommend NOT going here.

  I went through the drive through to order food but what should have been a minute or 2 for ordering food became 10 minutes. The cashier on the mic was very high and couldn't even maintain a conversation with me for ordering food because she was busy making jokes and laughing with her coworker. She even dropped her headset from laughing. By the time I got to the window she just stared at me for a moment then interacted. The food in the bag was correct but my food was barely held together

  Store cnecked in my order when I was not at the location. I attempted to cancel and app told me that I could not as it was already checked in. I called for assistance and was lied to from the first person saying he was a manger when he was just a line person. I was then refused the information for the manager and their franchise. I was told my only resolution if I was unhappy with their checking me in is to file a corporate complaint or go to BBB.
