  Whoever was working Saturday night when I ordered a large of each side… I hope you get everything you want in life. You understood the assignment, you delivered, and honestly, I haven’t stopped thinking about it. 10/10, would trust you with my sides again. 😂

  Terrible service wait here 20 mins and still no drink. It’s 9 at night and not that busy and I’m still waiting…. Last time I came same thing and I just drove off. Maybe it’s a sign not to come to sonic.

  If I could give customer service no stars I would. My husband and I ordered smash burgers. My husbands came out without a bun on the bottom. He informed them. Nothing was said about getting a bottom bun or nothing. 30 minutes went by and he pushed the button to speak to someone. He had to push it again. Still no one picked up. He pulled out his phone and called Sonic. Finally someone picked up the phone and they said it would be right out. My husband finially received it. The person that brought it to us was in no hurry and acted like he could care less about us or his job. I contacted Sonic and I have a case number. I received an automated email stating I would hear back in 48 hours. That was July 24th and I still have not heard back. My husband and I will never go back to the Elizabeth City Sonic!!!! Worse customer service ever!!!!!
