  If I could give customer service no stars I would. My husband and I ordered smash burgers. My husbands came out without a bun on the bottom. He informed them. Nothing was said about getting a bottom bun or nothing. 30 minutes went by and he pushed the button to speak to someone. He had to push it again. Still no one picked up. He pulled out his phone and called Sonic. Finally someone picked up the phone and they said it would be right out. My husband finially received it. The person that brought it to us was in no hurry and acted like he could care less about us or his job. I contacted Sonic and I have a case number. I received an automated email stating I would hear back in 48 hours. That was July 24th and I still have not heard back. My husband and I will never go back to the Elizabeth City Sonic!!!! Worse customer service ever!!!!!

  Received my order thru the drive thru and went home. Realized I didn't get all that I ordered. Tried to call because I live close to the VA line and was not about to go back to EC. No one answerd the phone. No one EVER answers the phone. This is the third time this has happened. I partially blame myself for going back but I have definitely learned my lesson. Thats quite a bit of money they have taken from me and I will never be compensated for their mistake.

  I placed a mobile order of a cherry slush at 3:23pm and pressed the button and told them over the intercom and it wasn't until I stoppped one of the workers around 3:40pm to figure where my drink was only to be told that the slush machine is down. So the fact that it was not mentioned to me is crazy. Highly disappointed.
