  Sonic is good for what it is (fast food). Service is always fast and food hot.

  Ordered 3 cheeseburgers. Asked for extra pickles but they didn’t hear me on the speaker so when the staff came to deliver my food, I said I asked for extra pickles can I please have a small cup of pickles. She said she will see. She came back and said” my manager said there is no way to ring it up so no”. This is such a 1st world problem but that alone is enough to me never come to this establishment! I’ve worked in the food service industry for 18 years and it’s so funny how the little things always makes or breaks a business. I’m writing this 8:45pm Saturday may 9th. Whatever night shift manger is working should really take some business classes!
