I've come to expect much more from them as a whole (the company) not this particular location. Def needs some help from corporate. - RGrose_ ghostApr 15, 20262.0I have NEVER had a problem with the customer service or accuracy here. We usually go through the drive through, sometimes dine in. Today we decided to dine in and relax. I'm on a strict food plan so I haven't been able to eat here in a little while but I saw a video that showed me to order grilled nuggets and small Mac n cheese (my favorite), top with buffalo sauce and ask for a medium Mac n cheese bowl to mix them in. I ordered on the app. There is no option to order an empty bowl. I asked at the counter. She said she would have to ask her manager. She asked him in front of me and he said no. Seriously? He said it had to be ordered when I placed the order. I told them there is no option for that on the app. I was told that it can't be done unless I pay for it in an order. I offered to pay for it and was still told no. I was actually shocked! You have them, but I can't have one, EVEN IF I PAY FOR IT? That is not the amazing customer service I have been accustomed to. All of our drinks were supposed to be without ice as well (because I have to measure it) and they all had ice. I didn't say anything because most restaurants mess that up. But it just irritated me further. I had been looking forward to coming here all week. But it will be a looooog time before I do this again. Do better Chick-fil-A.
