  Sat in drive thru for over 20 minutes. I was told I was waiting on Cheddar Bo to cook. Went inside after 20 minutes and they had 6 Cheddar Bo's on the hotline I could see. I asked for a refund. Unfortunately they can't refund the time I wasted there

  despite there being workers in there, the line moved like there was only one person working.

  One of the worst Bojangles experiences ever. I placed an order for a grilled chicken sandwich and was told it would be a 5 minute wait. Turns out 5 minutes really means 20 minutes. To top it off I finally asked how much longer it would be and I got attitude back from the worker on the line. I will never go back to this restaurant where my business was obviously not welcome. I hope the franchise owner sees this. Jami

  This is the worst Bojangles I've ever been to,every single time I go the food isn't what I ordered,and it takes 15min to go thru the drive thru,they should just close down if they can't do better

  Terrible service....said my order was done for over 20 minutes and was told to simply "wait" for it to be done. Then had to try and get my order CORRECT after I was given completely wrong things and missing items. Had to wait another 20 minutes to even get it...they move so slow and have no sense of urgency at all. Terrible service and they got annoyed when we were waiting for food.... Do not recommend. Food was also not to mention cold when I finally DID get it. 😑😑😑😑
