  The people here are very rude. The attitudes they give make you want to go somewhere else. It’s plain disrespectful around here and no manners however. I get so sick of this place… please hire better people with better attitudes this isn’t good customer service at all.

  I had got all my food but I needed ketchup lady came back to the window and said “what do you want” big no no another thing I FOUND THIS WHILE DRINKING MY DRINK 🫠🔫

  I went for coffee for me and my Husband, because it's always nice and hot and fresh. A nice young lady told me to pull forward while my coffee brewed. I waited about 10 minutes while other ppl. drove up was handed coffee out of the window and I'm still waiting. I went inside and said openly to the staff and not pointing anyone out that I've been waiting 10 minutes. A different lady immediately spoke in an angry tone well miss we are very busy and having problems with both coffee machines Because of her attire I took her to be management . She rudely said...well ma'am do you want the coffee. I became angry and said I paid for it didn't I, she said this to me three times. Then told a staff just get her the two coffes. The young lady who bought it to me was very nice. Only this one person was nasty. I told her she needed better public relations and left with the coffee.

  Husband ordered two sausage and egg burritos at drive thru along with other meals About 20 miles away when he tried to open package to eat he discovered it was completely UNCOOKED the dough was doughy which could have made him sick., they evidently took it out of the refrigerator straight to the take out it was NOT prepped was not cooked was not heated. Disgusting !!!!! We were too far away to turn around. But the serving of uncooked food can cause a law suit This was definitely poor service

  I stopped thru here for breakfast before heading to the DMV from Virginia. I’m a service member and I must say that the lady’s in the morning had the best energy they were all so polite and just loving is the only way I could explain it. The way they spoke to me was so polite and it made me feel good. So great customer service!
