  If there was a rating for zero stars I would give it. How is this place still in business??? Went there yesterday with my daughter and her cousins and grandma to grab a bite to eat for her bday "I dont like pizza hut but my daughter loves it" get there the lobby was empty with no one there the manager Misty was in the back of the lobby on her laptop..No one greeted us or offered to seat us if this is a seat yourself establishment that should be posted. Anywho..we stood there 5 mins I walk to the register to see if anyone could assist. I then ask Misty do we seat ourselves..she gets up rolls her eyes and says YES with a attitude now how can I help you? The energy started right there my mom said she's a little rude I don't want to eat here. Mind you THE LOBBY WAS EMPTY I am a former manager myself of Arbys I would never try to turn customers away ESP if I am not making any money that day. She was so rude which made me call the store and ask for her managers info she refused to give it to me...which I found myself and spoke with some one about how I was treated. I read the other reviews about how nice she is HA! Maybe its a color thing!! Not Sure but I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EAT PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!!!! Misty needs a customer service class ASAP THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS PISS POOR AND THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO PUT IT!!!

  Buffet is still in this location and an amazing salad bar! Its like it was in the 90s just missing the PAC man game and a jukebox. They have several claw machines. Friendly staff, Grace is the most professional server, she is old school and does all the things ie walks you to the table, gives you menu brings silverware to the table only missing the table clothes this location should be re done to the old school look. The staff their has the compassion for the food business.

  This place is full of great employees except 1. Im pretty sure he is the day time cook. Last weekend he was very mean to one of the nicest young ladies that was there. Im sure there was violence in the back everyone could hear it in the dining room. Someone should really see what is going on with the guy. Grace and candy are always a blessing with the smiles. If something does get messed up on my order both are quick to have it fixed. This store is clean, and the buffet is always great. Misty has did a great job turning this store around from what it was a year ago. My kids love going on kids night usually there is some crafts for the kids and you can always find Misty or a server making time for the kids. Wish all pizza huts was like this one well except the 1 guy.
