So I called to explain we were over charged and the first manager that I spoke with was the one who had taken the order she was very rude and said there was nothing she could do. Im trying to talk to her and she hangs up on me. So I call back and this time a different manager spoke with me and was taking up for the one who hung up on me. Then she told me to hold on and she would check to see when the General manger would be there. So then someone comes back to the phone and says hello this is ***** the General Manager. I ask her had she been there this whole time and knew her other employees supposed to be managers were acting like this and she said yes and that she wouldnt refund what they overcharged me. So I told her I would call corporate and talk with them. Cause you cant just take money from customers its not right. So then I hang up and within 1 minute the manager calls me to finish blowing up about this. That was unprofessional so I had a few choice words for her and told her exactly what I thought. Yes I had to get rude but you can not call a customer like that. Nor take people's money. Make sure to check your receipts. This kind of customer service is what makes businesses close. Not to mention the food was terrible.

On top of the long wait, the crew had nasty attitudes, including the manager. The customer service definitely needs improvement. Very disappointing experience. And one of the crew members was on her cellular device while there was chaos on the inside.
