- JOJohn OdworiAug 15, 20261.0Some of the worst service for a store full of people. Tables were all dirty, and when told they had no ice, absolutely nothing was done about it.
- SSshadowelevencAug 11, 20261.0The employees were cordial and respectful. Unfortunately the wings barely had sauce. I went back into the store after picking up my order to ask for more sauce. When the employee retrieved the suaces I asked for they didnt have ladles for the sauces. Instead he used a sauce cup with his bare hands to scoop out the sauce into the dipping cup he gave to me. The drink machine did not have ice and pumped out room warm room temperature drinks. So my wing and drinks are a hard pass but the employees were nice at least. THEIR MANAGEMENT HAS FAILED THEM.

After a while they asked me if I was if I was waiting for food and when I gave my name, they pulled an order off a rack, so it must have been ready for a bit. Then I asked for the drink cup I paid for and they told me they didn't have any. They offered me a bottle of water, but couldn't refund me because I ordered on the app. Of course if they had rung me up when I walked in, they could have told me there were no cups. I don't see this location lasting much longer.

The employees rarely answer the phone, making it difficult to place an order or ask questions. When they do answer, some staff members are rude and unprofessional. On top of that, orders often take much longer than the estimated wait time, even when the restaurant is not busy. I hope management addresses these issues by improving customer service, answering phone calls promptly, and reducing wait times. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and receive their orders in a reasonable amount of time.

Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
