The golf itself is great. Unfortunately the food and service are absolutely terrible. The employees just don't want to be there and it shows. Despite ordering as soon as I arrived, I waited over 40 minutes for a single drink (despite me able to see it sitting on the bar waiting on the server for 15). When it did finally come out, it was wrong and not as ordered. I also waited over an hour for food that didn't require any cooking. In addition, someone else's food got added to our bill due to the server making mistake after mistake after mistake. Despite really enjoying the golf, I sadly won't be returning to this location due to the declining conditions I have witnessed over the past few months. It's gotten unforgivably bad.

Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing, especially compared with our previous experience at Topgolf.
It started with the food and drinks. The item I originally wanted to order was unavailable, and the soda machine was not working on a very hot afternoon. We then ordered several other drinks, many of which we had enjoyed during our previous visit, but this time most were either watered down, overly sweet, or simply lacked the flavor we remembered. One drink was bad enough that we returned it.
Since our preferred food choice was unavailable, we ordered something else, but even that was disappointing in terms of taste and overall quality.
More importantly, the golfing experience itself had issues. We were two families with two kids, and the ball-tracking/scoring system in our bay repeatedly appeared to miss or incorrectly calculate shots. There were several occasions where we could clearly see a good shot, but the system did not accurately register it. This was particularly frustrating and disappointing for the kids and took away from what should have been the main reason for visiting Topgolf.
Comfort was another issue. It was a very hot afternoon, and while there were fans, they were constantly oscillating and provided very little relief. Having at least some airflow consistently directed toward the seating/play area would have made a significant difference.
We understand that individual issues can happen, but having problems with the food availability, soda machine, drink quality, food quality, cooling, and—most importantly—the golf tracking system all during the same visit made the overall experience feel very poor.
We spent several hundred dollars during this visit, and unfortunately, it did not feel like money well spent. After this experience, we would seriously think twice before choosing Topgolf again.

It’s a decent but pricy experience.
The goof part was fun. You get to sit on a multi-level driving range and shoot at a variety of targets while competing with your group for points. We only tried the traditional one, but there are a variety of game modes. Games can go by slowly if you have a larger group, so keep that in mind for when you’re paying and playing. It’s also outside (duhh) but covered, so plan around that if it’s really rainy or uncomfortably hot/cold.
The food is quite pricy in my opinion, especially for the amount you get. It tastes like typical bar food. Orders can take a while to get delivered, so don’t order if you have <30 minutes left in your reservation. We had some trouble with the chicken wings taking forever to be made, but the lady who was serving us was quite nice (she’s the reason why I’d put service at 4 stars instead of 2), and took then off our bill for our troubles.

Me and two friends went for my birthday. The machine would not dispense balls and we waited over 30 minutes for someone to come fix it. Once he fixed it he said he would send over a manager to add our time back. We also asked our host to get a manager and we were very nice about everything. We did not want to complain - just get our time back. A manager never came. I had to track one down and he said nobody ever notified him that we needed help. He ended up giving us back our time and comping an extra 30 minutes which was appreciated. Additionally, when we arrived at our bay, there was a previous party’s leftover food and drinks all over the table which was disgusting. We had to clean it up ourselves! Absolutely unacceptable.Overall the manager was nice by giving us extra time but he also could have thrown in a food item or something for the trouble. The maintenance guy and our hostess were both very rude and did not care about us losing time. We paid good money to be there and should not lose out because of a technical issue that’s completely out of our control.

First time here, similar review to the other 2-3 stars. We took a family of 10 including 5yrs old and up, reserved two bays, 120 mins, 715 to 915pm. When we arrived we stopped at the front desk to let them know we're checking in, young lady asked for our name checked her computer and told us they're cleaning our table and we would be on the first floor, and to wait "over there" pointing to open space near a restaurant. While we waited, members of our party checked out the overpriced merchandise store, upstairs (similar to first flr), and $5 golf ball vending machine. I saw lots of tables with high seating and hoped we didn't get those. Got to our table and was pleased we had patio type couches with cushions vs. high tables/chairs because we had children with us too. No one showed us how to get started so we started checking out the monitors in the booth. We couldn't figure out how to register our teens because there was a screen for 18yr and up then a screen for youth, but when we entered teens it said you have to be 1-12, waved down a young lady named MaKenna for help, who also turned out to be our server, and she had us change the birthday year to 2014 on them. Finally got that done and started playing. MaKenna later came back to tell us the rules about the red line, we obliged. Couldn't find the right sized clubs, turns out they were in another bay. Scanned the bar code at the table to order food, but the order wouldn't go through. We waved down MaKenna and placed order with her. It was slow service getting the drinks but our large food order never came even though we kept asking MaKenna about the status of our food order -all while watching other parties near us get their food orders and they came in after us. After about 90 mins members of our party were bored with the game, especially smaller children who were anxious for food. We had to keep getting MaKennas attention to order more drinks, or ask for straws. Our teens eventually found games to play in the patio area. And about 15 mins before our 120 mins was up, MaKenna came to share that the kitchen never started our order and her manager was willing to remove the order from our check. No manager appeared to apologize or make it right, and our server didn't either. The children cried and our group left disappointed, after paying $265!
