FOUL PLAY, COLD FOOD, UNFAIR RULES- my company recently had an event here and in my opinion other than spending Time with my coworkers, it was a waste of time. First of all the food it arrived late and arrive cold and it was not tasty. It was a fajita bar and the meat was cold. You ever try to choke down a cold fajita? Now for playing the game. Some people got three balls Each round while others got four and others got five which made scoring very unfair. When I ask one of the workers they weren’t able to explain why and frankly couldn’t seem to be bothered. So basically after a while, I just gave up because nothing was being scored right because I was getting three balls while everyone else was getting four and five balls so the scores were very skewed. It was boring, the food was sub par to say the least, and I just found it to be a place I would not revisit And from their three-point, whatever score on Google I see other people feel the same way. Won’t be back for your cold, tasteless food and your game that doesn’t give everyone a fair shot. Also, I believe since everyone isn’t a golfer, there should be someone there to at least give a brief explanation of how the clubs work how it all works how the screens work but no, they’re too cheap to do that. You can definitely tell this place is all about money. Save yourself the money and aggravation go to a putt putt golf place !

Honestly food was great but service was pretty bad especially when we are just ordering thru the app which is fine (also we were having problems with the app) but we had order water never came until the server came back again 35-45 mins later and we asked for water and didn’t bring water and literally asked us “are you guys even going to drink the water”. We were a group of 11 but only 4 people ordered food and that was it the rest was water and a bucket of beer. Like excuse me water is free and we were so thirsty and it was pretty hot outside. We had drinker all the water I don’t understand why she was being so stingy with the water. It’s just water nothing crazy. There a door to the bathroom and we kept going to it because we were so close to it and no one told us we couldn’t go through it. So we were fine then when it was time to leave we went to use the bath again and I was waiting for my friends and then I hear the security woman that I can’t walk through there she was trying to make me walk out and back in again, I was just to wait for my friends and leave. The door was open the whole time and I promise I did not see no sign where it said employee only. Maybe keep that door shut if it’s such a big deal. I did have fun golfing but service was terrible and she was rude and stingy.

I always love going out to top golf with friends however me and my friends went out to this top golf a few weeks ago and one my friends did not receive their food until over a hour after ordering it , and even then it was cold . The server was very friend and had great customer service and apologized for the inconvenience, and gave us a discount due to us have to pay for extra play time .

We had a great time! We had ordered some fries with ranch for dipping. The ranch came in a reasonable time but the fries took for ever, they were cold while the dip had gotten warm, do to 80+° weather. The bathrooms needed a little attention & the ladies room toilet paper dispensers were on the floor & very difficult to get the paper out. It is a nice facility just needs to be maintained regularly to avoid mishaps or unpleasant experiences. Again, we had a great time & hopefully get to go again.😊

The overall experience was okay, but there are a few areas that need improvement.
First, the food was extremely salty. The fries, potato tots, and breaded chicken wings were all heavily over-seasoned. The burgers were decent, but some of the food was noticeably greasy. Don’t come here for the food.
Second, the bays were uncomfortably hot. There appeared to be only two fans. One fan was pointed away from our bay and provided no relief, while the other only reached us briefly every few seconds. One fan serving multiple bays is simply not enough, especially during warmer months. Adding additional fans would make a significant difference in customer comfort.
Another issue is the sun exposure in the bays during the late afternoon and early evening. Around 5:00 to 6:00 PM, the setting sun shines directly into the bays and into customers’ faces. It seems the facility’s orientation allows the western sun to become a major distraction. Installing shades, screens, or another form of sun protection would greatly improve the experience. Ideally, the bays would have been positioned differently to minimize direct sun exposure during peak evening hours.
Overall, the venue has potential, but the excessive salt on the food, heat in the bays, and direct sun exposure negatively impacted the experience.
