- SCsadie carlyle2 days ago2.0We have came to top golf a few other times the other times were great but this was a special occasion MY BIRTHDAY and they came out and sang that was great but it was two other peoples birthday and they got sparklers when they sang for them so if your planning on bringing and kid beware they might have special treatment for some and not do the same for everyone I don’t expect anything from anybody but if your going to do something for one or two other people it should be the same for everyone
- CCCam6 days ago4.0I had such a fun time at Topgolf! Honestly, I’m not even good at golf at all 😂, but that honestly made the experience even more fun. I was missing the ball, hitting it in the wrong direction, and just trying to figure out what I was doing half the time, but I was still laughing and having a great time. You definitely don’t have to be a professional golfer to enjoy yourself here! The atmosphere was fun, relaxed, and welcoming. It’s a great place to go with friends, family, or even for a date because you can play, eat, talk, listen to music, and just enjoy yourself all at the same time. Overall, I would definitely go back to Topgolf! You don’t have to be good at golf to have a good time, and I’m definitely proof of that. If you’re looking for somewhere fun to hang out, laugh, eat, and try something different, I would definitely recommend Topgolf!

Tonight we were on the 3rd level and We were greeted by our server Kaylee and she was nice, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and games. She made suggestions and got our order correct and was attentive. She was even juggling training a new server all night and did an excellent job. I would definitely ask for her to be our server next time. She was fantastic. Make sure you keep this gem of an employee. She was awesome.
- TWTyler WoodSep 9, 20262.0The PlayMore offer was great when it first launched. There were tons of perks, and it felt like a membership that actually provided good value. Unfortunately, that didn’t last very long. Within just a few months, more and more of the perks started disappearing. Now you can’t book just 60 minutes on Saturday afternoons. Then came the restriction on 60-minute weekend bookings after 12:00 p.m., along with restrictions on 60-minute weekday evening bookings. And now there are additional charges for the 2nd and 3rd floors. I understand that businesses need to make money and adjust policies, but at some point it starts to feel like the customer is being nickel-and-dimed for everything. What was once a great membership with plenty of perks has turned into an experience with more restrictions and more additional fees. It was great while it lasted, but the constant changes have really taken away from what originally made the PlayMore offer appealing. The value just isn’t what it used to be. Luckily, we have other options nearby, including Drive Shack, and several go-kart facilities. Hopefully TopGold realizes that continually taking away benefits and adding fees can eventually push loyal customers toward the competition. Customers are usually willing to pay for a good experience, but nobody likes feeling like every visit comes with another restriction or extra charge. I really liked PlayMore when the offer first came out. It’s disappointing to see what it has turned into.
- JNJoseph NyagahSep 7, 20263.0We have always enjoyed Topgolf, but unfortunately our last experience was very disappointing. I was there with my three boys, including my 4-year-old. I immediately felt the high table and seating were unsafe for him, so I asked if we could move to an empty bay two bays away that had a couch. Our waiter was very professional and helpful, but the manager refused, saying the "system" would not allow them to change bays. I specifically explained that this was a safety concern, but instead we were offered a shorter chair. Unfortunately, the exact thing I was worried about happened my 4-year-old was hit in the head by the corner of the high table. Management can review the cameras for Bay 228. This was especially upsetting because I had raised the safety concern beforehand, and the incident could potentially have been avoided by simply allowing us to move to an empty bay with a couch which by the way was not occupied the whole time we were there. Later, we asked to purchase additional time to finish our virtual golf game, but the same manager refused, even though several bays around us were empty, including the bay with the couch we had originally requested. My boys love golf, and we have been frequent customers, but the way this situation was handled especially after I raised a legitimate concern about my child's safety was extremely disappointing and makes us reconsider returning to this location.
