  They are all unprofessional they are all out side smoking and they don’t know how to treat a customer well at all they take Oder over the phone and then say they didn’t take no Oder the manager was so unprofessional , he was arguing back-and-forth like he don’t have any professional and all ghetto and smoke out side with he friends or coworkers wtv they was so im glad we didn’t get no food cuz who knows if they are even sanitary at all that’s why they got 3 star

  Order my pizza at 4:15 and it was FINALLY delivered at 7pm, cold and not what I asked for. I called the number and was rerouted to the store TWICE and no one answered the phone. They need to hire more staff

  This was my FAVORITE pizza location until today I ordered and paid in advance, and waited 45 minutes in their unbearably hot dining room The staff was busy so I was patient until I realized my food was probably drying out on the heat rack I asked how much longer it would be, if it’s not ready soon, or if it’s not fresh if I could just cancel the order. The staff seems to think that folks who have worked an entire day and sweated in the lobby for almost an hour have an attitude if they expect their food to be hot. So at that point, they effectively refused service. Would not update me on my order or say anything other than “would you like a refund” I would have liked a hot pizza actually, and had no problem paying or waiting for one. If I wanted to stand in a hot kitchen for an hour and chew on dried out stale pizza, I’d probably still be a papa John’s manager. So to that, I’d say it’s not like I don’t empathize with The struggle of their job, I’d say I understand it much better than they do- I’ve never thought someone was rude for wanting their dinner to be hot after waiting almost an hour when they hadn’t cussed or raised their voice at me.
