- BFBryan FloSep 21, 20261.0Ordered through the app, they delivered it via door dash . Forgot some items on my order, called the store said to contact door dash , even though door dash said to contact the store. Lack of communication and overall not ensuring every item on the order is being sent out is unacceptable.
- ETEmily TaylorSep 19, 20261.0I'm currently sitting outside the Pizza Hut waiting in them to remake my entire order after it was left outside the leasing office by the delivery driver. I was lied to by restaurant staff and told that there was a system error and the order had been accidentally marked as delivered but the driver himself said he had left it outside the leasing office. Strike 1 and 2. Strike 3, they put pepperoni on my husband's pizza when he doesn't eat pork (he ordered chicken sausage we checked the receipt). Now I've had to drive down to the Pizza Hut. I'm not sure what happened to this Pizza Hut but it needs a massive staffing change. They want to argue with me when I'm explaining they are wrong. I work in car sales I know what good customer service is, this isn't it. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.

- JGjeremy gloverAug 14, 20261.0The cheese sticks are cut in half now. They give you one sauce and it’s not enough for the 5 cheese sticks cut in half still. Terrible restaurant and service and prices and staff.
