Glad I only spent $10 this time before eating a slice and tossing the rest in the trash. I had issues with delivery a few years ago from my local one, which (spoiler alert) closed this past March. Customer service wasn't very good, either. Maybe the employee there today wasn't having a good day, but they didn't really seem interested in engaging with me when I asked about my order.

Apparently, this Papa John’s does not have any delivery drivers so they gave my order to DoorDash. I never received my order when I called the Papa John’s. The guy who answered the phone thought it was so hysterical that I didn’t get my Pizza and told me that they couldn’t do anything. I had to call DoorDash. I hung up called DoorDash and was told they had no record of my order and I had to call Papa John’s. I then called Papa John’s again and was told by somebody Who said his name was Jamal That once the Pizza leaves them it’s no longer their responsibility they gave it to DoorDash. My issue is I didn’t give my money to DoorDash so I asked him so I’m actually supposed to be out of almost $30 because DoorDash didn’t deliver an order that you gave them that I paid you my money for and he said yes what a crock I called my bank and disputed the charge. I filed a complaint on the Papa John’s page, but haven’t heard anything yet. Stay away from this Papa John’s cause they will take your money. You will not get your food and they think that it’s OK.
