- VPVeronica PersonJul 27, 20261.0On 7/27 I placed an online order at this location for pick up at 7:33-7:43 pm, it was their one topping carry out special. I received my order and not only did I receive a pizza that was not thoroughly cooked but it also looked like it was just tossed in the box. The crust was not cooked throughly, the pizza was barely sliced, and the bottom of the pizza was falling apart as soon as you picked up a slice. I called the store no more than 5 mins after picking up my order/getting home and spoke to who I’m assuming is the manager or person in charge, I voice my concerns and his first response was “so what you want a refund?” Which I kindly responded and said I would just like a pizza that doesn’t look like it’s been tossed around and cooked properly. He tells me the pizza will look the exact same way because he personally made the pizza and that’s just how the oven cooked it! I don’t think ovens cook pizzas like they’ve been tossed around and if so sounds like there’s another issue that needs to be addressed!
