The waitress Deanna was amazing! Service was actually better than the food and the food was awesome! I had a great lunch! My wife and I returned to outback last night and as we were getting ready to eat we got in a conversation with the most wonderful waitress Rihanna P. We told our story about how we had a 26-year-old son who was at UNC with stage 4 cancer. He just had major surgery and at this point we are just overwhelmed. She picked up on that and she saw that my wife was a wreck and as I'm writing I have tears pouring down my face. The shift manager came up to us and he said he couldn't help to react after he heard our story and he told us to relax to enjoy our meal. He told my wife he said we love you here and outback Loves You! The next thing we know a female manager walked up to my wife and she said she said. Would you mind if I hugged you and she hugged my wife and she came and hugged me. Rihanna as well hugged us. She is so sweet. I've never felt anything like that in my life, not even in a church house. I wished I could have gotten everybody's name but I know what they look like and I know what they feel like. They didn't show us sympathy. They showed us empathy and love and they really truly cared and I know this! We are from the Asheville area and frequent our local Outback. I told Rihanna that they are the sweetest people I've ever met in my life and I will never forget them! I just wished I could get everybody's names and I will eventually because this is far beyond, far beyond! Now last I would like to say to Jennifer Martinez the general manager at this location. Ms. Martinez, you're by far one of the best managers on the planet because you know how to hire the right people and you run a wonderful restaurant and I'm sure your superiors appreciate you and I will praise all of you all the way up to the CEO. That is what I do! This cannot go without praise! You cannot put a price on hugs at this Outback!! WE LOVE YOU TOO!!!

Manager Jennifer was beyond gracious. Steaknwas a bit overcooked- she offered to get another one. When told it wouldn’t get eaten, because we are here for a family member in the hospital, she covered our meal and gave us gift cards so we could come back. Truly wonderful manager and staff!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Dylan as our waiter at Outback Steakhouse, and he completely went above and beyond to make sure our visit was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly delightful. He gave us amazing recommendations that made our meal even better, and he went out of his way to check in on us and ensure we were completely happy and satisfied. Easily some of the best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time! To top it all off, the food was amazing—cooked to perfection and tasting incredible. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Haven't been to this Outback since the remodel. They really brightened up the place. Gave it more of a restaurant first and a bar second kind of feel. The drink was well made and the toy is cute. Appetizer was great and the sides fantastic. Only gripe is the stakes. Both got ordered as medium. The filet was on the rare side but was manageable. The ribiye was rare borderline blue. When asked for it it be fixed the tried to reheat it on the grill. Anyone who likes stake or pays $35 plus for a cut knows how that is going to turn out. The outside was beyond well done and the inside was still bleeding. They did take it back and make a whole new one. Kinda wished they skipped the whole trying to reheat it gig, it's a waste of time anytime. Ultimately they made it right, thus I still gave them a 4 star rating.

I visited Outback on casual day out with my two children, my mother and her client, which is also a child I ordered some mozzarella sticks, apple juice, Coca-Cola sweet tea I have for my Entrée I had the shrimp chicken pasta. My mom also had the same thing. My son had a steak with a potato with bacon, cheese and butter my Baby ate (she’s 11 months) me, which was the chicken pasta And my mom‘s Clinet had the chicken tenders with the fruit The initial Service was good. My server was very nice but my food was good until I discovered that there was a blue rubber band in my Food. not to mention that my son also seen that there was a onion in his Potato which he did not ask for I know things happen, and there are some mistakes that can happen behind the kitchen. I was very calm about the situation because I had my baby trying to feed her in the other, which can be a challenge so I initially told the waitress that there’s a rubber band in my food. As well as she asked if I wanted to replace it I was very hesitant to say yes, but I said yes I didn’t that I will be charged for the Food. The manager didn’t come to apologize for the rubber band in the food or discrepancies in the food I get overcharged for something that wasn’t supposed to be on the check then I asked the manager in regards to me having to pay for something that I had no control over. She insinuated that we don’t have that color, rubber bands, and that I was charged for re-ordering the second dish they took off the first dish that had the rubber band. I payed for the replacement meal but that was the most uncomfortable feeling in my life if there is something in your food the whole meal should be free. But I still payed for my meal. Moving forward I will not return I would not recommend no one base on my experience. I wouldn’t recommend no one to go!!!!
