- JDJasmine of Yoga District4 days ago1.0Avoid. Check the many other reviews that raise issues about this place. Who knows if you’ll be a lucky person who gets good food and decent service or not? Owner, who also serves as the chef and server, seems so overworked and stressed out yet finds time to defensively comment on people’s negative Google reviews almost immediately. Received a snarky response when I was there, just asking a clarifying question about the menu, which could use improvement in terms of clarity and lay out. One entree was fine. The steamed dumplings didn’t taste fresh - but my very hungry lunch mate ate them anyway, which the owner’s review response suggested proved they were good enough. However, people can eat poorly prepared food. That doesn’t mean it is not poorly prepared. Rice entree tasted so sweet, as if there was a lot of sugar in it. Raised issues about that with server/owner, no apology, just a snarky and defensive reaction, which he feels was not snarky nor defensive but I did which is why I chose those words and he does not need to mansplain to me re whether what I said was my opinion was right or not. Avoid. His response to my review is so concerning. I assume he will change his response now to write something snarkier, but I would suggest that he spend the time practicing self care or learning how to cook without so much sugar. I hope he gets the help he needs.

I craved something really spicy so I went to this place and asked for Thai hot and it satisfied me, it has been a while since last time I came here because I live far, but the taste didn’t change and remains the same good. you can also choose mild if you can’t eat spicy. Knowing that they can provide the food I want is great.
- MSMark SMay 8, 20264.0This is a very good noodle shop, with some interesting, different alternatives along with many of the more common items. And the dishes we had were very good. The one area for improvement is the service. The person who waited on us was very nice for sure, but wasn't helpful or forthcoming when we asked questions about particular dishes, and, more importantly, our wait person never came back to check on us, and was really slow getting us boxes and our bill. I will probably go back because of the food, but it would be a certainty if the service had been up to par.
