    I’ve been stopping here for roughly ten years. I will say the staff is usually nice. But it takes entirely too long to receive orders and then when you get it the order is almost always wrong. The fountain drink mixture has never been right. I would just order unsweetened tea as it’s hard to mess that up. This morning I hit my breaking point. I will never return to this location. I gave it so many chances and obviously they do not care about customer satisfaction.

    This McDonalds is the worst. the only reason I gave one star is the system requires at least one star to proceed. my preference is no stars. this location has no customer service skills at all, the location needs to be cleaned out and a whole new crew hired to work that location. I visited this location a few years ago on my way to work to get breakfast. This location was closed when it was supposed to be open. employees were inside. I waited at the drive thru no one answered. so after a few years I figured I would give this location another try I went to the drive thru 1:24 pm on 4-25-26 to pick up my in app order. was told to pull around, I stopped at the window ,what they had working the drive thru completely ignored me she never opened the window. no greeting nothing, employees like that should not be dealing with paying customers she should be in the back of the store emptying trash cans her customer service skills suck. after waiting 5 min with no response and cars pulling up behind me I drove up to the second window, the young man opened the window I asked him who was working the first window? he said a girl I asked what was her name, he said he didn't know. I figured he didn't want to tell me her name, I told him she don't have any customer service skills. Restaurants should be carefull who they let work on their front lines. looking at the reviews for this location these people are costing the location money BIG time.

    Not a McDonald's fan but went there for someone else and asked for some very simple. I asked for a plain quarter pounder nothing on. Very simple right? No not at all they put cheese on anyway. Like many other fast food restaurants McDonald's is a place where processed foods is the name of the game incorporated with many chemicals So at least they could have got the sandwich right

    I just sent my daughter to pick up my online order for breakfast. I got hotcakes ,breakfast burritos , biscuits and a few other items.I put in the sauce for the burritos which was mild and of course, the hot cakes should come with syrup. I Received no pancake syrup no no sauce for the burritos, Every time I go to This McDonald’s there’s always an issue …long wait time to the drive-through…orders not correct…food not decent …all the above. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I see exactly why they’re rating is what it is They Do not provide good service. I have tried multiple times and I’m over it.

    Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, I ordered ahead on the app just for them to state they were not taking anymore orders until breakfast. What’s the point of posting that you’re 24 hours and not even taking orders?? Either reduce the hours of the store, or hire new swing management and general management to make things better.
