  This is my second time having a bad experience here. The first time I called corporate and they reached back out to me. I thought going forward my experience would be better. That manager Alba is rude and very unprofessional. If your not Spanish she acts like she doesn't have to provide you decent service. I work in the same shopping center and a few of my associates have had the same experience dealing with her. You walk in and she's right there and doesn't even acknowledge you. I wanted 5 minutes with not even a hello to have my order made wrong. I went back and she let the cashier deal with it like I wasn't worth her time. I will never spend another dollar there and the company should be ashamed for allowing customers to be treated like crap.

  Manager had a terrible attitude, I placed a mobile order and she asked what my code was so I pulled it up and showed her and she's " TELL ME I CANT READ " and then proceeded to shake her head angrily at me. Absolutely unprofessional.

  Went here because Google Maps said the dining room was open until 11. Arrived a few before 10, confirmed the sign on the door said the dining room was open until 11, and placed my order at 10:01. Before I'd even finished my meal, an employee asked me to leave because the dining room actually closed at 10 and I shouldn't be there anymore. I left promptly, but confirmed on my way out that the sign still said the dining room was open until 11. Employee was unapologetic and uninterested in updating the sign. I'm fine if a place wants to close early and asks me to accommodate the change. I'm less fine if they try to make me feel like I'm trespassing and should have known better, especially when it was their own posted hours that drew me there in the first place.
