  I ask for an egg and cheese McMuffin NO MEAT!!!! and they STILL gave me one with meat and NO EGG.! It’s important to LISTEN because I don’t eat PIG! I don’t eat meat! Not the first time they messed my order up! I am greatly upset!!!!! They need to LISTTTEEEnnnn!!! They keep messing ppl orders up somebody is gonna make something happen!

  I came through the drive-thru and the lady at the first window had a nasty attitude and then turned around and asked me to give her a cigarette. When I told her I smoke she closed the window on me 😂.

  I was there about an hour ago and ordered two drinks and a medium fry (fresh). While my boyfriend and I were eating, he suddenly felt a sharp crunch and realized something had cut his mouth. When he pulled it out, it was a piece of metal in his fry. A piece of METAL. Something that could have seriously injured him. I immediately told him to go back inside because that is completely unacceptable and dangerous. When we spoke to the manager, her behavior made the situation even worse. From the moment we approached her, her tone was disrespectful and dismissive, like we were making it up. Instead of showing any concern, she was actually laughing as if this was funny or some kind of joke. There was zero customer service. She didn’t listen, didn’t try to help, didn’t apologize in any meaningful way, and made no effort to accommodate us. We were treated like we didn’t matter at all, even after something this serious happened. To make it worse, she took the piece of metal, so now we don’t even have it to show. I am honestly disgusted and beyond frustrated. This isn’t just about bad service this is a serious safety issue that could have caused real harm. The way it was handled was careless, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Do better. This experience was alarming, and no customer should ever be treated like this especially after something this dangerous.
