  Employees at the restaurant there at McDonald's.Don't understand english and what you order they give you the wrong stuff or not everything you order corporation needs to clean house

  It is currently 5:36 a.m. arrived at 5:21 a.m. no one has come to the window to take my order every single time I come to this restaurant to get food it is always something that goes wrong. If you're asking then why do you keep coming because I'm going to continue to complain until corporate does something about it. Online it says McDonald's opens up at 5:00 a.m. just to make sure online wasn't incorrect I verify the time on the door and it says 5:00 a.m. McDonald's opens. There are a multitude of cars sitting in the parking lot the lights are on but nobody is coming to take my order. If you don't respect a person's time you don't respect the person I'm not just going to leave reviews I'm going to call corporate. They have at least one manager who actually holds the staff accountable for their actions. Everyone reading this don't come to this McDonald's the food is never fresh.

  Me and my girlfriend ordered through the mobile app. The young man who brought the food was nice. However this has nothing to do with him. The food and employees actions inside the store is the problem. The fries was hot but you can tell they mixed old fries with new fries. I ordered the spicy deluxe this really pissed me off because the cook has no intergery. The cook gave me an old piece of chicken it was extremely dry and the meat tasted like old chicken you cooked 5 days ago. One young lady stopped and asked me what was wrong before I could say anything the young lady said that is ridiculous. Having seen this she immediately took the food and told the cook. I was waiting on my food and another customer and I was shooting the breeze. His food was messed up to but thats his testimony to tell not mines. As we are talking one of the cooks is trying to intimidate me by trying to stare me down. So I stared back at him with look the look this is not what you want. I don't take kindly to someone trying to intimidate me especially when your in the wrong sir. Customer service is important. When I was growing up your learned that working for places like McDonald's and other fast food chains somewhere in history that is no longer important nor is it taught or expressed hard enough at this jobs. McDonald's train your people better on customer service and how to actually prepare and serve food because you had a plethora customer compliments in store about their orders. Another employee is cussing instead of correcting his mistake.

  The chip reader on their card machine wasnt working, so they were only accepting cards that tapped. They didnt have a sign up in the drive thru that said this. So i waited in line 15 minutes just to find out their chip readers didnt work.

  am writing to report a deeply frustrating experience at this location regarding false advertising and poor staff conduct. Although the posted hours indicate drive through service should be available until 12:00 AM, arrived at the window on Wednesday, April 8th, at 11:42 PM, only to be told they were "currently closed." The issue wasn't just the inconsistent hours, but the lack of work ethic displayed by the team. Employees were clearly visible inside sitting on their phones and ignoring customers rather than fulfilling their job duties. It is incredibly unprofessional to have staff on the clock who refuse to serve patrons during listed operating hours. Management should seriously review the staffing for the late-night shift on this date. If you are looking for reliable service and food at 11:00 PM, recommend avoiding this location, as the current night-shift team appears uninterested in doing their jobs or representing the business properly.
