    This location skimps on meat. About 10 months ago, I complained twice to JJs about there being less meat on sandwiches from this location that I noticed on three separate occasions. I stopped going to any JJs for a while but then started going to another location and was happy with what I got. Then tonight I went back to this location and, sure enough, there was noticeably less meat. Pick another location.

    The gentleman taking orders was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the woman behind him who appeared to be managing the front was extremely unprofessional. She was loudly speaking to both customers and staff in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh and disrespectful. During my visit, I witnessed her raise her voice at customers who mentioned their orders were incorrect, and she also spoke dismissively to a young woman who simply came in to ask if they were hiring. Instead of offering a quick yes or no, she told the applicant, “I don’t have time for you. Come back when we’re slow,” which ultimately caused the young woman to leave. It was uncomfortable to watch and created an unpleasant atmosphere for everyone in the restaurant. I truly feel for the employees who have to work in that environment, as the gentleman taking orders seemed to be doing his best to remain courteous despite the situation.

    The employee that rang me up was nice the guy behind him rude and sarcastic. The place is overpriced the fountain machines taste disgusting no syrup in the Dr Pepper. The food is not that great to have to deal with that.

    There is such a thing as being too fast. They make your sandwich as you order so it's best to know EXACTLY what you want before you step up. I meant to try the wheat bread advertised all over the outside, but especially ordering for another person too, I lost focus.
