This was the last time I spent a dime there. Deliberately creating inconvenience for customers deserves to be punished financially. The management may please themselves in whatever unimaginably creative ways they see fit.

After shopping here for over 15 years, I will never shop here again. After checking out, I realized I was charged $5.98 for 2 boxes of donuts that were not only on sale for $2.99, but buy one get one free. I told the "manager" and she told me to grab another box of donuts... What about me getting my money back?... Not only that, but I'm supposed to get 2 boxes of donuts, if I was charged $5.98, they're on sale for $2.99 and buy one get one free... What math are you using for me to only get one box? And why not offer me my money back? Im not throwing an office party, I dont want 3 or 4 boxes of donuts... She argued me down and her gaggle of coworkers tried to join in on embarrassing me. I haven't shopped there since. I now go to the Food Lion in Chapel Hill.
