The worst food lion ever, no customer service. No one speaks that includes the manager. The employees eat behind the register. The floors are dirty and they leave bags on the floor which isn't safe. By far the worst food lion in history.

This has always been my neighborhood Food Lion. My permanent address is up the street being from Durham but I do live by myself so I’ve moved around a bit. I did my first large grocery haul a few weeks ago. I came back to grab something quick before I head to the beach this Labor Day weekend. I was pleasantly surprised that I had money off from the shop and earn program. As someone who loves a sale and to have their money stretch, this was all I needed to start coming back! I have always loved Food Lion because when I was an undergraduate school, this was one of the only grocery stores I could comfortably afford that had good quality produce and meat. When I found out they had a lot of NC items that made my heart happy as well! Now, in my adulthood with options, I see that this will always be a staple for me because of the value they offer. Not only are you already saving with deals they run regularly if you have a card, but then the shop and earn program adds that extra layer of saving. This is so important these days and I’m so grateful that a company like Food Lion still is in business.
