- KJKenny JAug 30, 20261.0I got a coffee, croissant and a apple fritter. I asked for cream and sugar but they assumed that I wanted 3 of each. The croissant was OK but the fritter wasn't even done. Do better Duncan Donuts. Donut is in your name so you should know when a donut is done. I will not be returning to this location.
- MSMike SilvermanAug 22, 20261.0I don't know what the issue is, I only come to this Dunkin on Saturday's in the evening twice in the past three weeks I've been told there is no more hot coffee both time I've gotten here well before closing and to be fair I got here 12 minutes before closing today due to the fact that there was like 10 or 15 cops blocking off duke and Leon street and I had to take a detour that being said still unacceptable you coffee and doughnuts I understand this happening once but twice is poor planning and customer service i don't know if management has changed or staff but this needs to be sorted out.

Once I ordered, waited another 4 minutes while the associate made drive-thru orders. And the coffee was made incorrectly. Awful.
