- CCCJSep 28, 20262.0Worst Duncan I’ve ever been to. The workers there, and their attitudes, were absolutely atrocious. It all started with my order at the drive-through. When the worker repeated back my order, the speaker was scratchy and I didn’t hear her repeat back my order correctly. I politely stated that it was two donuts and not one. Her response was harsh and rude and certainly not necessary. Once I got to the window, one of the workers handed me the two coffees and then walked away, so I sat there and waited for my donuts. Another worker came up with an exasperated look on her face and asked me what I was waiting for. I said two donuts. She rolled her eyes and eventually provided the donuts. Of course they were thrown in the bag, upside down and all messed up. I asked for a receipt and I got another exasperated look, and she basically threw it out the window at me. I don’t know if these ladies were having internal coworker friction, or just hate their jobs, but that’s no way to run a Dunkin. I’m sure the workers at this location couldn’t care less, but I definitely won’t be going back there. I didn’t do anything wrong and it certainly didn’t help me start my day off right. I’m in town for some surgery tomorrow morning and I’m kind of worried about it. I would’ve preferred to have a good experience to get my morning coffee. Hope corporate sees this and decides to actually get their crap together and do some training or some firing as needed.

- KTKathy ToppSep 4, 20265.0I got great service at the drive through today. The ladies were kind and efficient in getting my order together. Makes for a great start to the day!
- SHShamika HardwickSep 4, 20261.0Don’t even waste your time or energy this place is just nasty. They got my order wrong and still gave me cold coffee when it was a small hot pumpkin spice with oat milk. I can’t stand when folks in wrong job field 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🧐🧐🧐
