  Loved our meal! Everything came out hot and fresh! Be sure to ask for Chelsea. She's the best server! I love the vegetarian and vegan options. There was a DJ, too, making the vibes that much more enjoyable.

  Although it was Mother's Day and we expected a wait. We were able to sit down in 3 minutes. We placed our order within 15 minutes of sitting down. After waiting over 45 minutes for food we spoke with our waitress and she said we still had 4 tables ahead of us. With no estimated time because she said the kitchen wouldn't give her one. She got the manager he came out and said the food would be out shortly no introduction or anything, no apology, not even a appetizer while we waited. Then when we r received the food not one follow up. The customer service is an important part of how the business runs and the are lacking it especially from management.

  The food is nothing like the former Dame's in Greensboro and Cary. The packets of Syrup for the waffles in my opinion is gross and tastes like molasses and castor oil with a side of turpentine mixed together. The chicken is not even seasoned the same. I was a Dames believer and told any and everyone to visit, but I reserve judgment now...
