  This is the worst Chipotle by far. The young member who was preparing my order was intimidated by the manager who was walking behind him ensuring that he not put to much food in my bowl. This may I add is the second time this has happened and I will not be returning to this particular store!!

  As I was waiting in line I glance over to the guy putting the meat on the grill and he had No GLOVES on and was just touching everything and grabbed another bag of meat from the back.. I just walked out.. that’s so unsanitary… 🤢

  30 plus minutes pass after opening, waited 5 mins inside to see a worker and find out they didn’t have no food on the line, until the man in front says hello? The Spanish girl says we have nothing, I said but you open at 10:45 there should be something on the line ? This is very upsetting

  I just visited this location. The initial encounter with the staff was pleasant. My son wanted a chicken bowl and the young gentleman informed us that there was 40 seconds to wait for the fresh chicken to be completed. The chicken was completed and the general manager Julius McNeil removed the chicken from the grill and placed it in a bin. It was obvious that he was preparing other food but it was also obvious that we were patiently waiting for our order to be completed. Another gentleman behind us asked what was going on and left. We continued to wait and at this point over 5 minutes had passed since the chicken had finished cooking. A young lady was standing and waiting for the chicken to be cut in order to finish our order and I politely asked who was responsible for cutting the chicken and she informed me that Mr McNeil was. I asked him if he would be cutting the chicken that was completed and he stated that it wasn’t enough chicken for “his store” and that he wouldn’t be cutting chicken until he felt like it was adequate to restock the whole store. There was no one in the store. It was a slow period so it wasn’t like there was a line of people waiting, it was just my son and me. I told him that this was unacceptable customer service and he retorted that he didn’t care and that I could leave and PLEASE don’t come back. He was quick to tell me where his business card was when I told him I would be reporting him to corporate and it was obvious that he truly did not care about our customer service experience. This was an absolute horrid experience! I will not be returning to this location and will advise all others to visit other Chipotle locations.

  The location on NC54 near Pizza Hut doesn’t appear to keep fresh food on the line. Went in after work around 5:30pm, there was no beef barbacoa (container was dry and empty) and the chicken looked dry (perhaps from being on the line more than 2-hours). The overall hot bar looked unappealing so I left.
