  Before i even ordered my food i asked about the steak. The young lady that took my order informed me the had some coming out and after she put my beans and other toppings on my burrito she looked inside of the steak which was clearly empty. Then she picked up my food and walked to another station behind her and cam back with no steak. I was asked would I like to try any of the other meats. Couldn’t really hear the jester and when she got finished mumbling. I kind of figured what she was hinting at. So I asked how long would it take and she said I don’t know. So I said can you check please? She gave me a funny look and she wouldn’t ask and he said about 20 minutes. I was about to walk out but My Wife and I have my family with me so I got the chicken with all my little toppings and stuff and the chips were stale gave them one bag of chips back and the next bag was stale. At this point, I’m ready to go take my food. Bust it open in the car. I’m eating a cold burrito. I will never go back there crazy cause I said to the manager I didn’t get what I wanted so I hope it’s good. Y’all service sucks and y’all food sucks . My daughter‘s friend ordered right behind me that I had to pay for and her burrito was bigger than mine like I don’t get it. Y’all need new staff.

  Food is ok, but they really need to offer plain tomatoes as lots of people have the gene where cilantro tastes like soap. I'm tired of picking individual cubes of tomato out of a side of pico. But the real problem is employees lie. I ordered lunch today going back to a location that doesn't have utensils. I watched the employee packing up an order while I sat at the window, and then gave her my name - that was my order she'd finished 30 seconds previously. I looked her dead in the eye and asked if there were utensils and napkins in the bag and she said yes. So, like a dummy, I believed her, and I drove off. And I got back to work and - surprise! I have a bowl (not a burrito, not a quesadilla, a bowl of rice and cheese) that I guess I'm supposed to eat with my face in it like a dog bowl? I do have some stale chips I can eat but - oops, no napkins to wipe my hands. No fridge here to keep this from becoming a biohazard before I go home and can get it cold. It's bad enough to not include napkins and a fork when common sense tells you the customer might need them (honestly a napkin should come with ANY food order) but to look me in the eye and LIE? I did my due diligence and though asking was enough. Next time I'll have to ask, and then I'll have to check for myself and hold up the line to make sure. This isn't an honest mistake - this is lying to a customer.

  I just visited this location. The initial encounter with the staff was pleasant. My son wanted a chicken bowl and the young gentleman informed us that there was 40 seconds to wait for the fresh chicken to be completed. The chicken was completed and the general manager Julius McNeil removed the chicken from the grill and placed it in a bin. It was obvious that he was preparing other food but it was also obvious that we were patiently waiting for our order to be completed. Another gentleman behind us asked what was going on and left. We continued to wait and at this point over 5 minutes had passed since the chicken had finished cooking. A young lady was standing and waiting for the chicken to be cut in order to finish our order and I politely asked who was responsible for cutting the chicken and she informed me that Mr McNeil was. I asked him if he would be cutting the chicken that was completed and he stated that it wasn’t enough chicken for “his store” and that he wouldn’t be cutting chicken until he felt like it was adequate to restock the whole store. There was no one in the store. It was a slow period so it wasn’t like there was a line of people waiting, it was just my son and me. I told him that this was unacceptable customer service and he retorted that he didn’t care and that I could leave and PLEASE don’t come back. He was quick to tell me where his business card was when I told him I would be reporting him to corporate and it was obvious that he truly did not care about our customer service experience. This was an absolute horrid experience! I will not be returning to this location and will advise all others to visit other Chipotle locations.
