  Found a bug in my food, showed it to the store manager. And she was casual about it like it was a normal thing. Im speechless and stunned like how it was handled. This is disappointing. Gotta be the worst branch.

  There was a bug in my bowl. Ik there can be issues with the lettuce etc but I’ve personally never had this issue with chipotle. I was so in shock at the time it was more funny than anything and I just came back in and showed the cashier (she’s the only reason this review has any grace, very sweet girl who helped). The rest of the management didn’t care, no apology , they made it seem like whatever and actually asked me if I wanted to get in line for another bowl?? why would I get more and why would you not immediately switch everything out? they just kept serving. haven’t been back and won’t.

  This is the first time I ever went into a Chipotle across this country that the staff was rude and rushed me through making my bowl (and I was the only person in the restaurant). It was also the first time I ever had them limit the amount of chicken they put on the bowl and when I asked for a bit more, the young lady actually put 3 more pieces on and told me any more would be charged for double meat. What?!? The steak was only a hand full of dried up bits in the pan and they told me they were going to make more later because they were told not to waste food by keeping full tins out. The worst service I have ever had at a CHIPOTLE.

  Super slow - Ordered online and was given 20 minute pick up window at 9pm. When I arrived for pick up, the food wasn’t ready and took another 10 minutes of waiting - they hadn’t even started on the order. Walk in and ordering there would have been much faster. Also, I ordered and paid for guacamole for my bowl but there was no guacamole. The burrito we ordered was poorly wrapped and tasted like BBQ and mustard. Overall, food was just ok.

  Walked over with my family and our dog at 7pm, peak dinner time and a full THREE HOURS before closing. The staff were already closing down the outdoor seating area and wouldn’t let us use it because they “didn’t want to wipe it down again”(??!!). Hope management is aware that staff is sending away paying customers.
