- SDSelma Dosca5 days ago5.0at first i wasn’t really loving it, but i gave them a few months and they’ve really cleaned up their act. for example, they started firing across all cylinders with their pollo asado. that stuff is gas. could have it for breakfast lunch or dinner. all gas no breaks with the pollo asado.

The guy ahead of me had to wait over 4 minutes of just standing there before being served (I timed it). Listen, there is a reason that this Chipotle has 2.4 stars. I got a bowl and they didn’t have any forks out, so I just grabbed one from below (used to work at Chipotle, so ik where they’re kept, underneath the soda machine) and the manager raged at me. But the guy ahead of me in line asked for a fork and the employee told him “sorry, we don’t have any”. Then the manager tried to tell me “you could have just asked for a fork, we would have gotten you one” 😂 when that is just CLEARLY false. They would have told me “sorry we don’t have any”, just like everyone else. Really lazy employees, poor management, and just a terribly run Chipotle. Wow. National management needs to step in and do something imo. The only chill guy was the larger guy who made my bowl on the line, he had a good attitude

Garbages were overflowing, no lids for drinks, tables and seats were dirty and most of the time there was no one at the counter and only a few people in the seats.
