Terrible experience. I do not really leave reviews, but I wanted to share my time there. I ordered a pickup order to be picked up at 11:30 and I did not get my offer until almost 12:00! To top it off; my tacos were wrong. They left off a sauce I paid an extra $2 for and added ingredients that I did not ask for. I ordered a large queso and they gave me a small with no chips! The workers acted like they had never made a meal before. So sad. Do NOT waste your time going here. They won’t last.
Went to this Chipotle around 7:30 on a Friday night and it was a disaster operation.
There were about 6 people in line when I walked in, and it took at least 15 minutes to get the food. When I arrived, there were 3 workers in the back and 2 in the front, but it looked like one of the front workers clocked out almost immediately after helping the first customer. So now there was one guy, Elijah, based on the receipt, handling both the line and the register by himself.
He was hustling and doing the best he could. I actually felt bad for the guy because he was clearly carrying the whole front of the store while the line kept growing. By the time I left, the line was around 8 people deep.
The food itself was typical Chipotle, decent portions, no real complaints there. But the overall operation of the place was rough. They were also completely out of chips.
Management needs to get this location staffed/trained better because the employees are getting set up to fail.

I completed a pickup via the app. Once retrieving the order and got home, it was noticed that we received another person’s order. We were missing our order of large chips and the side of queso in my quesadilla meal. I did reach and file the missing order of the chips, Chipotle did provide me with the opportunity to get a free Large Chip. However, I difficulty trying to report that had additional missing items via the app. Now, I realize I play a part in the negligence by not double checking my order prior to leave the restaurant. However, it is still disappointing that staff did not throughly review the order when preparing items but also placing someone else’s order into our pickup bag.
The food here is not good. I had a hair in my burrito. The chips we're soggy and the guacamole was bad, it was already turning brown. Service was fine, they we're fully staffed but still the line was out the door. Also, the seating is horrible. Seats are not comfortable and everything is very squished together. If you are dining there the outside seating is much better.
I will be sticking to the Chipotle on Roxboro st even though it's farther.

I really tried to like this chipotle. Chipotle is my favorite restaurant, so this isn't me just bashing on the chain. But I tried one more time and went and did my order in person, making sure to avoid the steak (I could tell through the glass that it looked just as dry as the last few times). The chicken was about what you'd expect from chipotle but the rice was HORRIBLE. I always ask for extra rice so there was no attempt to even avoid it in my bowl without getting rid of 2/3 of the food. It was stale in some parts and in other parts had the texture of oatmeal mush. The north roxboro st chipotle is 2 min further from my house, but from now on I'll be going there. I just can't take spending more money here to be disappointed - this location is ruining chipotle for me!

I went a week after the grand opening and the steak was by far the worst I've ever had at any restaurant, let alone Chipotle. I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and try one more time and it was even worse the second time. Maybe it's just the steak that's dry and tastes days old, but I'm not sure I want to go back to find out. The sides were relatively on par with other chipotles, though definitely on the saltier side both times. I did a pick up order each time, so maybe that's why the steak was so dry and old tasting? Atmosphere felt the same as any chipotle, and for a pickup order it was on time, however when comparing to the quality of food at the chipotle on n roxboro st or yunus road, this one has a lot of work to do (my order never changes between locations).
