- G6Gen 6661 day ago1.0What I thought was going to be a easy night turned into disaster. For starters the staff was extremely rude with Zero customer service skills. The prep table where the food is made was very Dirty. Chips were stale, my bowl was sloppy and my husband's burrito wasn't wrapped. Then the real fun started... Both my husband and I got SICK. We both threw up and both had severe stomach pains soon after eating. I don't know what's going on in this place or who's in charge but a evaluation of staff and proper training is much needed. Please listen to all the negative reviews because I wish I would have.

Not only that but they where supper rude and had an attitude and acted like we where a burden the lady said no when we asked for more rice!they need to learn costumer service or they will lose customers.i usually don’t leave bad reviews but low spirits equals low stars!

The chips were stale, it felt like they had taken a small size of old chips and topped them off with new to make a large size. Both the orders of chips we got were like that. The queso was very thick and tasted like jarred Tostitos queso. Pretty disappointing to pay $9 for jarred queso and stale chips lol. I probably won't go back. Too bad too, as I love the guac

I waited a few minutes before anyone greeted me - granted the place was dead so they didn’t notice I was there. Maybe a bell or alert should be on the doors so that employees in the back know when there is a customer at the front.
