- RBRebecca BOct 3, 20263.0Noone was in line when I walked up. 5 employees chatting among themselves. Jennifer a sixth employee greeted me and prepared my food. The dinning room needed attention. Tables were dirty. Plenty of staff to take care of that but they chose to stand around and chat with one another. Half my chips were stale.
- BBBrian BeiterSep 25, 20261.0After reading the reviews I was like come on can't be that bad wow it really is i went in stood there for a bit nobody said a word wasn't even busy literally 1 other customer i ended up just leaving every single table was dirty I'll never be back this place isn't managed period truly sad I'm actually stunned
- MBMichelle BorjaSep 24, 20261.0The guacamole was black. Disgusting
- WWWaveSep 23, 20263.0This is a very convenient for my family and when it first opened we were very excited, but I’ve order here few times already and every time something is always wrong/missing, today the food was so disappointing barely any chicken the rice and beans NO flavor NOTHING the new chips stale and no flavor,I didn’t go back because I’m already home I won’t be driving 28mins back I should’ve if they made it right the first time, even my daughter didn’t want to finish her food, This location just opened it already has too many bad reviews maybe listen to what customers are complaining about and change it. I would say few people here are nice.
- G6Gen 666Aug 29, 20261.0What I thought was going to be a easy night turned into disaster. For starters the staff was extremely rude with Zero customer service skills. The prep table where the food is made was very Dirty. Chips were stale, my bowl was sloppy and my husband's burrito wasn't wrapped. Then the real fun started... Both my husband and I got SICK. We both threw up and both had severe stomach pains soon after eating. I don't know what's going on in this place or who's in charge but a evaluation of staff and proper training is much needed. Please listen to all the negative reviews because I wish I would have.
