- APAlex Peck3 days ago1.0Asked for guac on my bowl, which is listed as $2.85 extra; however, they charged me $4.90 and tried to say it’s the same cost. Only noticed because when I asked for a receipt, the cashier shoved it deep into my bag. Would not give me a refund and insisted it was the same price. Obviously a lie. Terrible customer service.

When I received my food nothing that I ordered was on the on bowl I paid for extra chicken extra rice there was no corn salsa and only 2 pieces of fajitas veggies. I had to drive their for them to re do my food and the lady who making my food acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying I showed her the receipt and had to stand their and watch her remake it. There was no apologies no nothing and then I ask for some vinaigrette the cashier wouldn’t even hand it to me just slid it across the counter like here….the staff needs to work on customer service because it was sooo disrespectful that I had to leave to drive when I paid for delivery…. This the second time. I probably will never come back to this location especially during lunch time

She put it in a machine and didn't check it. She is supposed to be that as a cashier she has to know how to check it. She is not only to trust a machine And then he made the excuse that he had no change I really don't recommend it sorry 👎
