  Online order was not ready until 20+ minutes after promised time despite being marked as ready/complete online. Staff was extremely rude and bothered.

  I work at the hospital and ordered delivery. When I received my food nothing that I ordered was on the on bowl I paid for extra chicken extra rice there was no corn salsa and only 2 pieces of fajitas veggies. I had to drive their for them to re do my food and the lady who making my food acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying I showed her the receipt and had to stand their and watch her remake it. There was no apologies no nothing and then I ask for some vinaigrette the cashier wouldn’t even hand it to me just slid it across the counter like here….the staff needs to work on customer service because it was sooo disrespectful that I had to leave to drive when I paid for delivery…. This the second time. I probably will never come back to this location especially during lunch time

  I don't like to give negative comments but the young girl who was a cashier assumed that the money I was giving her was fake. She put it in a machine and didn't check it. She is supposed to be that as a cashier she has to know how to check it. She is not only to trust a machine And then he made the excuse that he had no change I really don't recommend it sorry 👎

  Arrived at 8:30 PM, well before closing. Staff were rude, they were out of rice, beans (main components of their meals??), and lemonades, and we were told it would be a 15-minute wait for more. They also messed up both meals in our order. To top it off, we got home and found a TREE LEAF mixed into one of the bowls, photo attached. There wasn’t even any lettuce in that order, so it definitely didn’t belong there. Awful experience start to finish, will not be back. I always have a better experience at Qdoba.

  I’m literally sitting here crying because I’ve been in the hospital ALL day with my toddler that’s being admitted. All I wanted was some food I ordered it and my mom and lil brother picked it up. To begin with they sealed an empty cup inside of my bag so I got no drink. Then my chips were stale and my bowl only has meat, rice and beans with none of the toppings I asked for. The system gave me a free drink but that does nothing for the fact that I paid $20 for awful food and an empty cup. I wasted my money and the company has no way of contacting them to communicate that so they can attempt to make it right.
