- CDC D3 days ago1.0Bad behaviour behind the counter. They charged for guac even though I didn’t get it. They asked me to show my bowl to prove that they didn’t give me. Realised that they made the error. Didn’t bother to even acknowledge their mistake at all. Horrible experience
- APAllison PetersonJun 5, 20261.0I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but unfortunately this experience was enough for me to decide not to return. Nearly every time I visit, they seem to be out of steak, which is consistently inconvenient and disappointing, especially during peak meal times. On this particular visit, I was on my lunch break and due to limited time, I settled for chicken instead. Once I returned to work and started eating, I noticed a small black object sitting on top of the shredded lettuce. Initially, I assumed it may have been a charred food particle, but after picking it up and inspecting it more closely, I realized it appeared to have wings and resembled some type of insect. At that point, I immediately stopped eating and discarded the meal. Running out of ingredients is one thing, but food quality and food safety should never feel questionable. I understand mistakes happen, but this experience was unacceptable and unfortunately has made me lose confidence in returning to this location.

Went in for lunch, after I paid for the meal, was told they were out of Diet Coke. Asked for a bottle instead, was told there was a price difference. Then was told they did not have Diet in the bottle. With all this being the food is getting cold in the mean time. I asked for a refund as I did not want to eat any more, they only refused the refund, but asked me to leave the restaurant and, I quote, "stand outside or spend time standing there wasting my lunch break".
