When I did not get that much chicken, the employee said “My manager just yelled at me for a big portion”. Meanwhile, the CEO of Chipotle clearly states, “I promise you there’s never a team member that will say no to you” (Boatwright). He said this on May 4th 2026. So why am I getting only about 10 pieces of chicken?

Tried to submit a claim in the app, and it did not care. Been going here for years but this is the last time. Moe’s is right down the street.
