  Oct 4 ~7:30pm: Ordered food for an entire family so nobody noticed that they'd forgotten to put a bowl in our bag. We drove back for it, but before remaking it (it had been thrown out) they mostly just laughed it off. No apologies, no accountability, no nothing, except 20 min additional driving time and cold food. Boo :)

  Wish I could leave a bad review for all chipotles. Obviously love their food. But pulled up my app and saw promo for "free quesadilla" on national quesadilla day and through an insanely frustrating sequence of ordering events found out you have to order $20 worth of food BEFORE the free quesadilla. From a company who I give so much money to, Chipotle's rewards system for their customers is horrible. Never get rewards from them without being required to spend something. V greedy. V icky.

  I understand this location is really busy but This is hands down the nastiest chipotle I’ve ever been too. The only reason I keep coming back is for the food but the seating area has food all over the floor at all times. Flies flying around. Trash bins always overflowing. Smells like musty arm pits at all times. Tables are also always smelly smells like they used the mopped to clean it.

  I have been coming here for years. Service is always hit or miss. However, for a long time, this was my preferred location because I always knew they would have vinaigrette and other locations would not. I think they are pretty consistent. With that consistency it’s with the good and the bad however. For example, the store is almost always a bit dirty. Is never filthy because I would not eat there, but it may not be a lot of lids or it’s a lot of trash left behind in the drink area for example. They do get very busy so I always give them a pass for this, but I noticed that more often than not. I think the service can be good sometimes, but I think other times it can be here or there. Chipotle is my preferred chain for Mexican-American food in this style, but I do think it is overpriced. I also think for the price that the service should be more consistent. I mainly order it through the app, but sometimes I go through the line as well. I’ve never been in there for a super long time. So I tend to take the bad with the good with this location.

  I visited this location during my contract with the hospital and was so surprised and touched by the exceptional customer service and treatment I received from the frontline staff to the manager. The food is delicious and I highly recommend. I will definitely be back during my stent here.
