- TTTia5 days ago2.0Chipotle!!!! Why is management allowing BROWN LETTUCE on the Line???? My $17 bowl is mostly lettuce. This is the 2nd time ur employee looked at me as if i should pay for brown lettuce. IM NOT HAPPY!

And of course, most of the people left, so I didn't get to experience this place because I came in there for chicken.

After I got to the office with the food, I was informed by Chipotle that I may have been given the wrong order and would I go back to the restaurant. We did receive the wrong order but people had started eating it so I couldn't take it back. It was a frustrating experience. I will not go back to that location.

The whole experience was disappointing and honestly concerning from a food safety standpoint. I hope someone from the health department checks this location.. won’t be coming back.
- WWWayneMay 27, 20263.0I ate at this location for the first time this evening (5/27/26) around 6 PM. The food was good, as expected. The cashier was friendly, and the employee serving the rice and meat was also nice. However, the female employee handling the sauces and toppings seemed like she did not want to be there and acted bothered when I asked a simple question. She also carelessly splattered a large spoonful of cilantro sauce on top of my bowl after I asked for clarification. I understand everyone has bad days, but customer interactions matter. Her attitude really took away from the experience and makes us consider eating elsewhere in the future. There are plenty of nearby restaurants that serve good food without the bad attitude.
