- MBMariah Lenise Barrett1 day ago1.0I went today on my lunch break had to get driven there on my lunch break. And I ordered a Grilled Chicken Club sandwich. And to my surprise I received a Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich. I didn’t receive my grilled chicken for my sandwich . And I asked the guy who took my order named Isaiah if he could give me a refund or deliver me a new sandwich and he stated that he didn’t have a driver to deliver me a new sandwich to my job.

They’ve messed up my order twice first time forgetting my sandwich second time not putting ANY dressing in The bag for the two salads I bought. I get all the way to work 20 minutes away and call them to explain my frustrations and you know what the manager told me? “Please start checking your bag before you leave especially if we keep messing up your order”. Why do I have to check behind you twice for something I’m paying for you to get correct ? The service here is incomparable to any chick fila I’ve been to. Chick fila is usually known for getting it right. I also wasn’t compensated in my app for a free salad, meal or anything as promised.
