Did that I didn’t have a long wait once I got there the app said I had to wait a little bit and people that were just placing orders there were getting their food faster than me. As well, nobody greeted me. Nobody said hi. I was just literally standing there for 10 minutes at the online pick up spot. Then I got to the point where I had to ask what do I do because I’ve been standing here and nobody’s said anything to me and the guy asked me my name and they instantly gave him the food which means my food was ready already, but they Would’ve known that if they would’ve asked me and greeted me in the very beginning. Horrible service. And made me late for my return for work time.

I walk up and she is looking down at her nails and gives me no eye contact while asking what I wanted. I’m ordering but can’t help but look at the face she was making, very bland, unwelcoming and no smile. While I’m ordering she isn’t even paying attention to me. She is looking everywhere else except for the customer. I even looked over my shoulder to give her a hint to pay attention. She even messed up when it came to my change. Then calling my name and throwing my bag on the counter and walking off was the icing on the cake. This almost made me not want to come back and if I do I do not want her taking my order. That is not the chicfila way. I was highly disappointed and felt as if I didn’t matter. I hope that this does not go unnoticed and it’s handled in some fashion. Food was good but the experience made everything seem lackluster.
