  Dami and the boy with braids/twists was very great and it was me and my 6 kids first time there and we didn’t know what to get and they were very patient.

  I have been going to this CAVA location for around six months. I was always very satisfied with the quality of food and level of service. However, my last two visits have struck a sour note. Last week, the brown rice in my bowl was dry and hard. So hard, in fact, that I could not chew it at all and had to spit it out. Today, the falafel that I got were definitely spoiled. I can only assume that the falafel mix was not stored properly. The dry rice was disappointing, but spoiled falafel is a serious matter, as it can make one sick - I guess I'll find out tomorrow. I hope that the management takes these comments seriously and improves quality control. Update: There was definitely something wrong with the falafel. I had to go get some Pepto Bismol to treat the resulting mild diarrhea.
