  I have only been to buffalo wild wings a handful of times in my life. The experience today was not great. The air conditioning was broken and it was really hot inside. The service was very slow and it took like 20 minutes for me to get my beer. No refills on my water. The food was bad. I also ordered three different flavors of wings and got only 2…. Overall I won’t be coming back and it was kind of expensive.

  Can't go wrong with the wing sauces at BWW. They have outdoor seating that is dog-friendly 🐶

  Came on for my 1 hour lunch break. I sat down at the bar at 12:30 pm. No bar tender no hostess sat for 5 minutes no service. Then a waitress said she was short staffed and would be with me shortly. Ok so 15 minutes go by no service the gentleman next me actually left because he had be there30 minutes and left then another 5 minutes and a waitress comes by and says we will be right with you. Now I have been at the bar for 25 minutes still no service I then ask to see a manager and she takes another 10 minutes to show then the manager tried to say it was my fault because I was not patient and did not want to wait. Mind you I had been at the bar for 35 minutes. I did not even have a drink. I explained to the manager that no one should sit at the bar for 30 minutes with no service and there’s on her for not scheduling properly. I finally got tired of this manager saying it was my fault that I told her to forget a left. Terrible service

  Ordered at 5:50. Said it would be ready for pickup at 6:30. Wife did not leave with our food until 7:09. Was told that they only had one fryer. Why were my Cheese bites were burnt and inedible. Nobody here can get anything right. Last time we ate in the waitress messed up 3 times and barely would accept two. Corporate needs to fix this place!

  My boyfriend and I came in and there were literally no patrons in the restaurant. We stood there for over 10 minutes while 4 different employees walked back and forth, looked directly at us and made no attempts to acknowledge us. I see why the reviews are so low. I’ve never been in an empty BWW, but I see why it was empty. Trash service!
