My husband liked his western bagel sandwich so much he went back for seconds. If I lived here, I would have to eat one every day.

They also put so much tomato paste that’s overwhelming. 8/10 times they mess up my order. Complete trash! My husband placed a separate order an it was messed up too (shocking). For the last three times they keep replacing the bagel that’s he’s paying extra for, for whatever they want.

The bagels were tasty and cooked just right. Thanks to the manager Damion for your generosity. On our next visit to Durham, we will definitely be eating here again.

The staff are always so friendly, courteous, helpful, and I feel like they go the extra mile to ensure you're well taken care of. If a mistake is every made (which is rare) they more than make up for it. We love this Bruegger's and the staff!
