  Tonight the food I bought is absolutely the worst I've had with any Bojangles EVER. I'm frustrated bc not only did I buy dinner, but Breakfast for in the morning since I go to work at 4am. Our food was old, hard and literally difficult to chew. The chicken filet biscuit was soooo dark brown and flat it was stringy...tasted horrible. Fries cold and hard, couldn't even eat them. Bo berry biscuit was old and hard...took one bite and threw it away. 90% of our food was wasted bc we threw it away. If they didn't feel like making the food fresh bc they were closing in less than an hour, they shouldve closed early. I would've rather not been able to order and went elsewhere than to spend 30+ dollars and still be hungry. I shouldve known when the person at window wasn't friendly nor spoke back to me...just handed food, drinks and closed window. My spouse didn't even want to ask for sauces bc the person seemed in such a bad mood. Super disappointed bc after their remodel they seemed to be on the up and up.

  Me and a group of friends went to this bojangles during our lunch period. When friend #1 and I got to the front of the line, we ordered our food, I got a two piece dark meal, while she got a 2 piece white. We were told that the wait would be five minutes, and given that we had 20 minutes to eat there, before we had to go back to school, we figured that we could wait 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes, we go to the counter to get our food, and friends number 2,3,4, and 5, were waiting for their food aswell. friend #2 got just a lemonade, and friend #3 got a drink and some fries. We all stand there, without our food, while the chicken and everything needed for our meals were right on the counter, but the workers were just standing around doing a whole bunch of nothing. When I finally get my food, the lady borderline throws it onto the counter, and glares at me, which I feel was a very unneccesary amount of attitude. She also banged the tongs on the metal, and I dont know if she just woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning, but she really shouldve been doing her job. Friend #2 goes up and asks for a refund, since we didnt have enough time left to eat. The man at the register, then gets really passive aggresive and said "im not going to give you your refund because your food is going to be ready in 20 seconds." it was more that 20 seconds. Finally friend #2 gets her food, and we have to sprint to my car. Our lunch period ends at 12:47. We didnt leave that parking lot until 12:46. We were late to our next period, and we feel that this would've been prevented if your workers were just honest and did their job.

  This Bojangles has become increasingly slower each time you order. The woman taking my order was distracted, got part of my order wrong, and was just overall nasty. I was told there was a 5-minute wait for white meat and dark meat; instead, I had to wait 20 minutes in total. I understand food like meat takes time to cook, but I chose a fast food restaurant because I was expecting the food to come out fast. I watched multiple people who ordered after me receive the chicken first, while I had to wait 20 minutes. When I asked the employees about this, I was greeted with a cold glare as if I were in the wrong for asking how long before the chicken was ready, even though it was supposed to come out 15 minutes ago. I asked to get a refund because I could not wait 25 minutes for food from a Fast-Food restaurant, and again was met with attitude, no accommodation. They kept saying "20 more seconds," which was obviously a lie. My lunch break was only 30 minutes, and I chose fast food because it's supposed to be convenient and fast. This experience wouldn't have been so disappointing if the employees had basic and simple manners, but I guess common sense isn't that common.

  Closed at 11pm I was there at 9:45pm. They forgot to seasoned the fries to I went back at 10:10pm and they said they couldn’t open the window because they were closed. That shows how lazy and incompetent those employees are.

  Employee in drive thru taking orders was extremely rude and got our order wrong. The way the food was served was not to Bojangles standards from what I understand (only my 2nd time at Bojangles in the south I’m from Ohio) food was cold and nasty and has completely ruined Bojangles for me outside West Virginia or Ohio.
