I started to take a few bites on the drive home and immediately realized that the food was very old. The skin on the chicken was chewy and squeaky instead of crunchy if that tells you anything. The meat tasted rancid. I had the immediate reaction to stop eating because I felt sick. I called them right away and told them that the chicken they're serving might be old (mine definitely was) and the lady that answered the phone told me that the only way for me to receive a refund is to drive all the way back to the store and bring in the food AND the receipt. They could easily verify if I was lying or not by looking up the order number. I even offered to send pictures or a video. And again, I called within 10 minutes of me going through the drive through. Even then, they refused me a refund and now I'm out $9 and feel sick to my stomach. Really gross and unhelpful. Don't waste your money. They won't help you, even if your food is literally unedible and dangerous to be served.

I ordered a combo with 4 boneless pieces and 4 bone-in pieces, and this is what I got. I am so disappointed—especially since I didn't notice it until I got home. It’s unfair to get ripped off like this. Unfortunately, there is no option to upload photos of the food, but I only received 3 pieces and paid a total of 35 dollars.
